There was a problem with it at the beginning. I saw Frank mention in the SB it would be given manually, so if it hasn't already I'd send in a support ticket asking for it and they'll be able to give it to you.

You must be one of the very few people who purchased the item immediately. There was a problem with the avatar so I had to fix it and manually give the avatar to those who have purchased the item before the fix.
