I was wondering if Rescreatu is still taking Paypal checking? I don't have a credit card and I have no other ways of giving money for credits (Credit Cash). I have paypal that goes right into my checking account and I used a echeck. Are they not allowing this anymore? Ever since I joined a year ago, I've always used an echeck and I'm confused.

You should be able to click on the Paypal option, and go through the normal paypal process. If you aren't seeing the option there, check with Paypal to see if they have changed something, or use the link to live chat or the toll free number to ask how you can use an e-check. =)

I'll do that for when it pops up and I login, all that comes up is to fill out your credit card information to complete the transaction.

Well, this is really sucks. They don't accept echecks nor checking anymore. No more credits for me.

It isn't Res that made that change though, it's Paypal. I'll point this out to Pat and see if there is any way to get that back, because I believe you can still pay via check with Paypal in other places...looks like this form from this payment company only includes CC for some reason.

There are other payment options that allow you to make a direct payment from your bank - did you check those out?

Look under "Direct Debit Payments" and click "Show More" near the bottom of the options to show all of the banks available. If you don't see your specific bank, there are several alternative options, "inpay" and "Pay with my online bank" being two of them.

You can also use the toll free number to contact xsolla and have them give you more specific help - I only know what I see there on the screen in front of me, but they control the payment system.

And as I said, I'm going to point this out to Patrick to see if there's anything else he can do to make it easier. =)

Thank you so much! I'm not sure if I'm the only one who uses the echecks through paypal or not, but I just wanted to bring it forward in case and I want Rescreatu to keep going, so I'm happy to help it out in anyway possible.

I will not be able to buy anymore credits cause this company that we are using for credits does not accept online bank checks nor direct deposits. They will only take credit cards. I'm sorry that I can no longer help Rescreatu.

Hey Kiba,

I just spoke with Pat, and he wants you to know he is still in the process of talking with the company to resolve this.

In the meantime, if you want to send a direct payment without using the CS system, you can do this by logging onto PayPal and sending a payment to admin@rescreatu.com.

After you have done this, open a tle="" target="">Support Ticket to let us know the purchase was made, how many cash points were purchased, and include the PayPal Transaction ID number. We will get the info to Patrick and he will issue the cash points as soon as he is made aware of the situation. =)

This method will also work for anyone else who wishes to send payment directly.

Pat has also said that he will be putting up a Paypal button for this purpose in the next few days.

Omg, thank you so much! God, I feel stupid. I don't really use my Paypal account for along time until I started helping out Rescreatu. I've sent one out and hope that Pat gets it working, if not, I've got no problem doing it this way.
