I cant scroll down the drop-down menu for creatu species in the egg market or SR 
Im using Chrome and it still works for other users
I tried hard refreshing (extent of computer-fixy knowledge xD) but that didn't help

Have you tried browsing on Incognito mode? Some plug-ins in your chrome might be causing that. Going on incognito mode will disable all of those plug-ins.
