Sending items to NPCs? (scavenger hunt)

Is there a username for NPCs that you can send items to? I can't work out the way to do the last request.

P.S. Hope we're allowed to ask for help with this, sorry if we're not. :/

Anyone know a way of getting another one? There are none in shops, and I accidentally sent mine to "Friend"...

You can search more than just shops if you use the dropdown. ;]
