You can search through users shops by typing in the name or part of the name of the item you want in that search bar up there at the top of every page. It says "Search..." then has a Dropdown menu beside it that already has "Shops" (which refers to users' shops) selected.
You can also buy Name Tags from the Credit Shop, as they're Credit Shop items. The Credit Shop uses Credits instead of Tu, and Credits can be bought for real money using Paypal or by buying Credits off other users for Tu.
The Credit Shop can be accessed by either clicking on the "Credits" button below your HA on the sidebar (visible anywhere but the Forums) or the little Credits Button beside your HA picture on the Sidebar.
