I got in the 90's, and I don't recall missing a level, but I'm now on level 1.
Does it reset after level 100?

I don't believe it resets after tier 100. I noticed that I was back on level 1 too the other day, although it didn't make much difference as I thought I was only level 2 anyway xD

Nope, it doesn't reset. I checked the logs, and unfortunately you did miss a day on the 20th.
