I don't know if you have to set up the Storage or not, but you can access it through Refliem Bank, which you can access by clicking "TU" on the left sidebar under your Human Avatar's headshot any place but the forums.
To add items to your storage, you can use the Quick Stock link from your Inventory (which you can access by clicking on the black and gold chest at the top of your page), and it'll give you the option to store items into your Storage.
