Hi avarocks,
The Shoutbox or the SB is the pink box you'll see at the lower left of your screen in Rescreatu. It is where people on Res talk to each other. If you see nothing, then you must be underaged and thus not allowed to participate in the shoutbox yet or you might have deactivated your shoutbox.
