The Unknown effect was a result of Phaeda's Bio-Scan during an event where Kir went off to Uldavi to explore creatures and life there. As of right now, there is not art existing for this effect and I do not know if there will ever be, and there is not There is also not a way to obtain this effect anymore because Phaeda's bio-scan event is closed, except, of course, if you purchase a creatu with this effect from another user. I hope that this helped~
