I saw my friend had this thing she called the SB, yet I don't have one. She told me to go to Layout Options and change it but it didn't work. Where is it? D;
If you're under 13, you might not be able to see the SB at all. I don't really know what the SB would appear like to an underage player, but usually underage players are "banned" from the SB for however many days until their 13th birthday.
Yes, I'm 12 and this is what my shoutbox looks like: ... I can't even find the shoutbox. x_x; I don't know how I saw it before. In V2 I could go to it whenever I wanted and now I can't even find it. ;c Probably clicked on a link or something. But it does say you are banned for _____ days.
If you're under 13, you're too young to actually use SB til you're 13, and when you do, Rmail the Moderators, otherwise it'll automatically pop up. Hope this helped ;)
