Sorry that this is two days late! There was a small delay in the judging, and then my cl*censored*es started up again, but everything's in and scored now and I'll be sending out the prizes as soon as I calculate how I'm going to award the entry prize money.
I received a total of 30 awesome and wonderful entries, and it was very hard for everyone to judge them. Several tough decisions were made.
First Place Tie
20,000,000 TU | acidicfire | karmazyna |  |  | | Due to a small disagreement between my judges and I, I've decided to equally divide the prize money for first and second place between these two entries. I hope nobody is dissatisfied with 20 mil. xD |
Second Place
10,000,000 TU | uff |  | | While the first place tie leaves uff in second place, I'm afraid I can still only grant the third place prize due to my quickly depleting bank account. Sorry! |

the board may not have been updated with new entries or it's only getting updated when someone sends in a picture and a lot of people might not be done.

It's not badly stretched at all actually. You can still read everything, nothing is cut off. There's a little bit missing from the right side, I agree, but not enough to make it difficult to read.
