Zozane, I know if you have a PC, it comes with Paint, got to, Start, Programs, Accesories, Paint. Then you should be able to upload it to photobucket, but only PCs have that. I don't know what kind of comp you use though. ;)

Paint is not recommended, if you have Adobe Photoshop or GIMP it produces much better quality :3

GIMP is also a free download, just look up GIMP download on google and you'll get to the page.

Yeah, but I meant without any downloads. lol, I don't use Paint myself either.
