Sudo! gorgeous pet :)

I feel my hair fly,

As the autumn winds blow.

With leaves or red and orange,

The tree is aglow.

I start to feel a chill,

So I pull my jacket tight.

This is my favorite time of year,

And my face is alight.

hope you like it :)

Sudo !!! Hope you like it !!!

Autumn moon shining bright

On a cool and windy night

See you there so proud and vain

I hope that I’ll see you again

Autumn leaves fall to the ground

Every colour I have found

Yellow, orange, brown and red

Oh look, one fell on my head

Autumn crops are ready now

Store the corn and store the plow

Pumpkin pies shimmer with delight

So tempting, each and every bite

Sitting on a park bench all alone,

Sitting in a place the squirrels call home,

Gentle breezes caressing my skin,

Birds chirping their songs in sweet unison,

Leaves dancing to the Earths music as they decend to the ground,

Perfection of beauty, nature keeping all eyes bound,

To the dramatic play of serenity displayed,

Free verse for all, no error in sc
ript made.

Stirring a heart innocent and true,

Touching the soul, to be awaken fresh and anew.

Sitting on park bench all alone,

Sitting in a place the squirrels call home...

thank-you, and Sudo

The sunlight is in bits-
The wind flows around the leaves.
My lovely autumn afternoon,
Enjoying the lovely breeze.

I watch the kids put on their jackets,
Some complaining about their schools.
They put away their swimsuits,
Close off the swimming pools.

It seems so normal, but so odd,
To watch it go by so fast.
The leaves torn off the limbs,
Warmth a thing of the past...

So why do I feel so happy?
A confusing feeling right now...
But something in perspective,
a beauty that makes me whisper, "Wow."

The light touches of the smooth sun,
Makes me smile into the sky.
The bright and huge sea of blue,
I watch the birds fly right on by.

So now the fall is ending once more,
I'm not surprised, should I be?
They've put on larger jackets, you know,
But now no more leaves to see.

...Yeah! ^o^

Autumn Light

It was nearly noon, and I hadn't left the house yet. I was usually always outside by now. I quickly pulled on a pair of jeans and a plain black tank top and yanked open the door. The cool fresh air hit me like a freight train even though brushed over me ever so gently. It was the smell and feel of the air itself that almost knocked me off my feet. I breathed deep and stepped out the door, then bounded down the steps to the copse of trees behind our house. Nearly noon, I need to hurry! As I reached the path that lead off into the woods, i hesitated, taking in my surroudings. The once green trees were now wilting slightly, their leaves turning color. I bent down and picked up one peculiar colored one, which was all colors of gold, yellow, brown, orange, and red. The colors blended together with such delightful radiance, that I tucked the leaf into my jeans pocket, carefully, so as not to crush it.

As I continued down the path, avoiding the stinging nettles that were overgrowing and leaning into my way. I picked up a stick from the ground to brush them aside as I leaned around them. My heart thudded wildly as I made my way faster through the trees and down the path. Nearly noon, I had to hurry! My thoughts got ahead of my feet, and I tripped over a fallen branch that I hadn't noticed before, and crashed to the ground, my hands going out in front of me on instinct, and touching a few dead burning nettles before I could stop them. I winced and sucked in a breath at the sharp pain, but pushed myself up and kept going anyways, more aware of my feet this time. I tried to ignore the throbbing pain in my hands as I made my way to the rendezvous.

It was nearly noon, I had to hurry! I skidded to a stop in the clearing, my surroundings changed from the autumn wonder, colorful with the faint scent of summer still in the air, to totally fall smelling. This clearing brought back memories. It was almost scientific the way the smell of autumn was strongest here: The little clearing was surrounded by trees on all sides, with only a 2x2 foot opening at the top, so all the scent was contained within the clearing. Nearly noon, it was almost time. I gazed up through that gap, my eyes twinkling with excitement, and my nostrils flaring as they pulled in the sweetly scented air. 3, 2, 1- There! The sun hit the gap and poured in like intangible fire. I ran out into the small circle of flame and danced in it, smiling and laughing as my golden hair was tossed about my face. Now...

I looked around me, and finally a misty substance coalesced into a single form. A man. I ran to him and embraced him, my eyes glinting with delight. He returned my embrace and we spent the three hours that the sun stayed above clearing, before it was gone, and so was he. I returned home with a happy heart once again, the smell of autumn increasing my happiness, while I waited for noon to return.

Love is such a simple word really. Four little letters. Yet it is the impetus on which human life revolves. We live for it, die for it, and sometimes even kill for it...

Sudo has selected Fearless by Falling Up :3

It's the second vid on youtube that just says "Falling Up -Fearless", not the 250 and Dark Stars one because it puts another weird song at the end >.>

Totally appropriate just too lazy to link it. xD
