... I'll need to wait for some time when my laptop's fan isn't being so loud though. xD The microphone picks up everything, so it'd be pretty annoying. Just. Whirrrrr.

... Okay I'm not having much luck finding a way to remove the words from a song. I'm just. So incompetent when it comes to these au
dio-editing programs and stuff. o_o Seriously I just downloaded one and imported my song and it turned into static.
Kinda sucks. I was looking forward to this all day. xD
Maybe I'll ask around on the Shoutbox or something. SOMEONE around here must know how to do this stuff.

one of the songs I want to do it "I'll Follow you Into the Dark", by Death Cab for Cutie.
If you look up the lyrics (if you don't know them already), you'll see that it names a certain location, that when used in everyday language, is generally considered a swear word.
People are usually fine with it in this song, because it is talking about the place, and it's kind of sweet, but I was wondering if
a. anyone had a problem with this
and
b. if you think it would be breaking res rules
I really want to sing this, but there are other songs I can do to... and I can't change the word because other words sound bad DX
OH and I am assuming that the songs either can't have swearing or need to have swearing replaced/bleeped out?
edit: can we have backup singers?

Alice, you can sing "I'll Follow you Into the Dark". Lyrics are fine! c:
And of course, if you choose a song that has swearing in it, you have to edit the words out.
As for the backing vocals, I would prefer if there wasn't any. Or perhaps do one song without any, and then the second song could have some. I guess that would be fine! :3
