Important Note :
If you are going to use the banner on a white background,
I suggest using the first one with the swirls around it.
 
If you are using the banner on a black or coloured background,
I suggest using the second one, without the swirls around it...
As the swirls would otherwise have "white crap" around the image...
 
If allowed to enter more than one banner,
I can also make an un-animated banner if you wish.

Also, for coding for anyones banner, the code is :
 
<        img     src   =   "   http:// LINK TO IMAGE     "       >
 
Remove the spaces and that is all.
 
Just replace the "fake link" with the image link.
But make sure it has a " at each end of the link as well as te html tags <  &  >
