Well, you might have noticed my obsession with wonderful blue roses recently if you've visited my profile.

Well, I want more.  So I have decided to run a contest since I'm horrible at drawing them, and it takes me forever to do them in GIMP.

So, here are the contest details.

1: Artwork MUST be original, and must be signed.

I've basically downloaded every picture of a blue rose available on the internet, so I'll most likely notice if you submit art that isn't yours.  And I want you to sign it, so I know who the awesome artist was that did it.

2: Artwork can include unicorns, dragons, white tigers, meragons or liyures.  No anthro pictures please, I don't like them.  The entry will be accepted as long as it contains blue roses.  The creatures are a bonus.  You may also include butterflies, mountains, trees,vines, etc if you decide to do a background for them, which the roses alone do not have to have.

3: Roses must be in color. Why? Because they're blue roses.  Use whichever medium you like though. As long as the roses are blue.

4: Entries MUST be submitted via rmail to me.  Don't post here.  I may forget to look.  I hope I don't forget.  I want you all to enter!

5: Contest End date:  September 8th, no exceptions.  This means no extensions. Contest will be canceled if the number of entries is too low.

September 8th is my birthday, and this is a simple birthday gift to myself. I want wonderful art, so I'll buy wonderful art by handing out some great prizes.

6: I must have 10 entries minimum, or the prizes will be decreased according to the number of entries received.

7: By all means, enter as many times as you like!

Prizes:

If you enter, you will get a prize at the end of the contest.   What you get will depend on the quality of your work.  However, there are some that will get better prizes, so here's the list of the top five places.

1st Place: Ten million in pure tu, and a credit shop egg of your choice!

2nd Place: 5 million in pure, and a nattie CS creatu from my showroom. I pick which name, but you pick which creatu.

3rd Place: 1 million in pure, and 2 seasonal eggs of your choice (excludes halloween seasonals, as I am out of those currently.)

4th Place: 500k, in pure and 5 eggs above 1% rarity of your choice.

5th place: 250k in pure tu.

The rest of the prizes are gifts for entering, and will be awarded to all who participate with eligable entries.  These depend on you!

Remember, the deadline is September 8th, which gives you plenty of time to start.

And finally, as always:

I reserve the right to render any entrant ineligible for any prizes if the work contains unsuitable material, doesn't follow contest guidelines, or even if the entrant enjoys breaking Rescreatu rules on a regular basis.

The work will be owned by you, but by entering my contest you agree that I may use the image you present as I see fit so long as your signature is not removed, or the image altered without your consent.
