Happy Halloween! "Oh...dear. It seems as if Halloween hasn't happened yet! Silly me.
...hello there! I'm Putridity.
I hope you didn't overhear my rambling.
It seems that I have had a bit of a...mixup regarding Halloween.
You see...every year Halloween comes and goes.
The candy, the tricks, it's all the same.
You see, my favourite part is the costumes.
When people dress up, it's interesting, don't you think?
Not in their boooooring clothes.
You see, I want to hold a costume contest!
See everyone from all around rescreatu! What do you say?
Do you want to join my contest?
Maybe if you win, I can come home with you! I like people with fashion sense.
Good luck and be careful! It's scary out there."
      RULES
1. Please, be original! Don't be a copy cat.
2. Please refrain from commenting on costumes here. Try to keep the thread clean.
3. If you are a judge, you may enter but are not eligible for any prizes.
4. You can enter more than once, but please keep all of your entries in a single post!
5. When judging beings you may pick a maximum of 1 entry for each category.
6. Users that fail to follow the rules may be docked points and/or disqualified.
7. Try and follow the theme/category! If it's gory don't be a fairy godmother.
8. The judges and I will watch the thread. Please don't mini-mod.
9. Have fun! It's not about the prizes! Just enjoy Halloween and be safe!
10. Please remember to follow all of rescreatu's rules. <3

Still a bit confused? Not to worry. This post will clear most things up.
Q. If I am disqualified, does that mean from everything or the category?
A. If the judges or myself say disqualified, it means from the whole contest. :(
We don't want that to happen, so please follow the rules!
Q. If my entry is not eligible, can I edit it and enter again or enter another one?
A. Of course you can! We will always tell you if it is eligible or not eligible.
Q. How do I become a judge?
A. Unless stated otherwise, rmail me! You must be impartial and not play favourites.
There will be a panel of 5 judges, including myself.
Q. Is there a limit on entries?
A. Sadly, there is. We can't possibly go through every one if every user
entered 5 entries for three categories. If you are entered in more than 3 categories,
you have a maximum of 5 entries for all of them, not each.
If you are entered in 5 or more, only one entry for each category.
Users that have entered in under three categories have a maximum of 5 entries.
Keep in mind you can't win in more than one category unless your entry
is absolutely flabbergastingly amazing!

"Kids" or "under 1000.000"  I'm not sure in what category it would fit but I'd like to enter little red riding hood or, as we call her in Dutch, Roodkapje :).
