if osmone puts it on deviant art for the whole world to see then people are aloud to show it to other people. D:

They can show it to other people, but not enter it in contests or use it for themselves. That probably would include giving to other people to use. It's called art theft, and that's not a good thing. That's why people on Deviant art copyright their work. Sometimes people don't, but they don't want it stolen or taken without permission.

Does that clarify?

Shadow; the whole point of this is that you gave somebody's art to someone for them to use, without permission from the artist, in this case, Theyellowflash.
