I am in desperate need of a banner. Could somebody please make me a banner like this: A baby uilius (Any colour), and then the word'ss over it 'Dont mess with the uilius queen!'. And then, for the backround, I would like either a polka-dot backround, or a swirly backround.

If you can, I would like it in handwriting, and the colour of the type doesn't matter, as long as it looks good with the rest of the Banner.
