You can always donate to people in need *wink wink* hahaha.
But seriously, you can also buy random things and hand it out to people. OR give someone a huge amount of tu so that that person can do a contest like this.

I did that in that other contest I did, buy gifts for prizes and handing them out.

I don't think they will use the tu to spend on a contest maybe for themselves.
