What's the R.F.C.N.R.?
The Resians for the Funding and Creation of Newbie Raffles is a planning committee dedicated to funding, designing, planning, and even finding donors for newbie raffles.
What's a Newbie Raffle?
A Newbie Raffle is a raffle that only new users, people 4 months and under, can buy tickets for. It is held by older users and funded by them as well. It is designed to give new users a chance to acquire uncommon and even rare items and creatu.
Why are you doing this?
Being a newbie on any site is difficult. You don't have much money, and all the cool items are WAY out of your price range. Usually it takes months or years to earn enough to even buy ONE of those items! That's where we come in.
So, is there a schedule or is it play by ear?
Of course there's a schedule. I'm a nerd with too much time on my hands and a ton of ideas. I would like to do one every 4 months. Scheduling would be as follows:
Raffle in April.
Raffle in August.
Raffle in December.
Donations would be accepted about a month prior to raffle. So,
Donations for April: March
Donations for August: July
Donations for December: November
Alright well, what items would we be raffling?
Well, it would vary. I'd like to keep them seasonally specific, with the April raffle being mostly Easter items and the December one including Resmas things. I'd like it to be mostly tu, creatu, and food items or dye kits.
Well, what will I have to contribute?
You don't have to contribute anything. I'll be doing this with or without the support of fellow Resians. However, I would like your help and would definitely appreciate it! You can even do something as simple as promoting the raffles with an image in your signature, or be ridiculously generous and donate large sums of tu for prizes. It's up to you how much or how little you help, if you decide to help at all. The more donations and participants, the better for the new users. This is for them, after all!

How do I sign up?
That's the easiest part!!! All you have to do is post in this forum, with the job you would like to do (I'll detail them below), and then put the badge in your Forum Signature! Or on your Profile page. Somewhere where it will be seen and people can go "Hey what's that?"

Jobs and Details:
Artist: NEEDED. Draws Mascot and Donor Thank You's.
Promoter: These guys go around promoting and talking about the raffles. Precisely what it sounds like.
Organizers: These guys collect prizes, and find Donators
Donators: These totally amazing people are the lifeblood of these raffles, providing prizes and tu to get said prizes. Their names will go here on a Wall of Fame and Awesomeness. Due to an update in the rules, specifically regarding begging, any Donators will also recieve some sort of artwork designed by myself. This stresses even more the need for you to Rmail me what you donated!!!
Designer: For now there's one, me. Keeps the designs fluid.
Critics: I need like, 2 or 3 of these. Your job is to be like "Okay how bout you say that like this instead" or "This signature advertisement needs more sparkles" Or even "Okay wow not to be mean Alice but that looks terrible. You should probably scrap it." You know. A small group to keep my distracted mind on track.
Honorary Members: People under the 4 month age mark who still want to join the committee.
