Am I allowed to do little details with a computer? Like, I want to make something, and then stick on eyes or markings or claws using Paintshop. I'm asking cuz I don't want to ruin it trying to put details on it. Thanks!

It is a Cream baby Jaaku made out of buttons. I did I actually run out of them halfway through and had to use different ones. 
Another question:
Can I make the Creatu out of clay?
