I know I don't really have the right to say this but PetLuver22x: Either be patient or just get risked of being banned from TRWW. Sophie recently came back from hiatus so when she says she is taking time to sort things out, it is the TRUTH. It's not an easy job fulfilling everyone's wish, and from what I see, you are lucky enough to have more than one wish fulfilled already. Soph - You really should get an assistant to help you soon xD
