Ok well, as the ti tle says, this is a Contest where you are required to make a scary banner or something Halloween related. You must first R-mail me if you would like to be entered, NO rude comments! I will not tolerate that at all. Next, this ends November 10th so send those banners in if you want to enter. The top 3 winners will be posted on my profile and will all recieve 10,000 TU. It's a fun and rewarding task so please enter. If R-mail me wanting to enter then I will send a confirmation back.
