Feel free to add more than just color to your entry, as you will be judging on originality and creativity as well as quality and use of color. Please do NOT post your entries in the thread. We will tell you how to submit your entries in the next couple days. Ends: November 3rd at 11:59 pm Line Art and example by KiraraNeko Please do not use this image. The OFFICIAL LINE ART can be found below. Rules 1) Participants are to submit their entry here: {Link will be added soon} before November 3, 2012 @ 11:59 PM. 2) All entries MUST use the provided line art. However, you may color, edit, redraw, paint over and otherwise edit the lines as you see fit, so long as you start with the original image provided. 3) The Rescreatu logo must remain visible and intact in all entries. 4) Participants may only submit one entry. 5) Submitted images must be no larger than 800 x 800 pixels. Please make sure that the question you have has not been asked and answered already. Question: So you have to basically have to add to the image in the origional forum post correct? Answer: The above colored image is an example. There are links in the first post to uncolored lineart you must use. You can do whatever you want to the line art as long as you leave the Rescreatu logo. Question: Everyone can only sumbit one entry, am i right? Answer: According to Rule #4 yes. Question: It said in the update that the users would be judging. How would you apply to be judge, because I would love to be a part of this Answer: The submission and judging info will be released soon. I just wanted to get you guys the contest info so you could start working on them. Question: Are you allowed to alter the line art? Like add a costume or something like that? Answer: Yes you can alter the image anyway you like as long as you start with the image and leave the Rescreatu logo visible. Question: Can we print out the picture and use pens and pencils? Answer: Yes you may. We encourage you to have fun with this and use whatever you like. Question: Is it okay for Ty to joinme her working on that art contest thing, or is it meant to be like, not shown to other users who did what? Answer: You may show your entries to others. We do ask that when you are judging you vote based on the entry and not the user who entered it. Question: Is it allowed to have a background of a photo? as long as im the one who have taken the photo? Answer: As long as the photo follows site and contest rules. Question: Does that means that we have to have two Myotis and one Veram in the picture? Answer: No you just have to start with the original line art. So there should probubly be at least part of the original left in your finished entry. The only thing required to stay intact is the Rescreatu logo. Question: Can we pay someone to join the contest for us? Answer: You may not pay someone to enter a piece for you. Paying someone to make your entry for you sorta defeats the purpose of the contest. You must submit your own work. Question: May we reposition the logo and parts? Answer: Yes Question: So we can re draw the whole thing in our own styles.. all we need is the logo? Answer: If you start with the supplied line art then you will be fine. Question: When I downloaded the PNG file it says it's 3300x2550? Does that mean I need to shrink the picture to 800 x 800 before submitting it? Answer: Yes, it will not upload correctly if it is larger then stated on the submissions page. rn
