Jake nodded and laid his head on Tears's lap. He wrapped his wings around himself and sighed. "Babe, I'm sorry this happened. We were supposed to live a better life and a totally different time.... I wonder how all this even started. What did our kind do to the humans?"

Jake looked at her. "Your right.. I'd most likely end up like Zane.. He's always using too much power and stuff.." He yawned and looked at the sky. It was a dark musty color. He knew it wasn't dark already. He sat up and flapped his wings. In teh distance, he saw a fire blazing. It wasn't completely near them, but he could feel slight heat. He sighed. "Human.. Always killing our environment.. When we use "Natural distasters" to show them we want it back.. They don't listen.. Fire was the last resort.."

Jake looked at her. "Huh? No no, he didn't set it on fire really. It's hell flame.. It can give something the appearance of burning, but it doesn't burn completely unless it's left to burn for at least 2 hours.. You don't hae to worry."
