In a town much like your own, lies a Fordge School for the Gifted. (Eh heh heh. You funneh.)) Lanen ran down the halls, her bare feet thudding on the linoleum. She grabbed a door post and swung around, gasping as she lost her grip and almost fell. The girl regained her footing-wishing she had socks on so she could slide-and bolted onward until she reached the commons area. No one was around at that time and she stopped, breathing through her nose and mouth, ice blue eyes darting back and forth. What was she doing again?

Chase was roaming the halls in his panther form, his breathing was heavy and slow. His padded paws were quiet again the floor, his yellow eyes were searching from side to side for his sister. Dammit where are you!? He thought as he picked up to a trot as he turned to corner. He seens a girl in the commons he troted in his breathing still low and silent. |

Lanen turned at the sound of padded steps, her keen ears able to pick it our, especially on this quiet day. She blinked at the sight of a large black cat, a panther, roaming the school. "Well, this school is even cooler than I thought," She wondered aloud, tilting her head. "Letting animals roam 'round."

Chase leaped into mid air and shifted landing on his feet swiftly. "Animals, right." He laughed. "Not quiet your cute and fuzzy creatures around here." He stood up straight and grinned. "Yea, nothing cute and fuzzy about the creatures around here." Alex stepped out of the shadows. Chase turned around and nodded, "Where have you been?" "Around." Alex said sharply walking over next to her brother. "Who's this?" She grinned a sly grin while letting her fangs drop down. |

Lanen looked between the two and blinked at the sight of the girls fangs as they dropped down. She opened her mouth slightly and sucked in air, p*censored*ing it over her tongue, her way of smelling, before scraping it on her teeth. "Im Lanen. Lanen Kyler. Who're you?"

Chase glared at Alex "Put them away." Alex rolled her eyes and grinned, her fangs slowly retracted back. Alex laughed as Chase turned around to face Lanen. "I'm Chase Price and this is my no good sister Alex." He stated shifting his eyes over at Alex. "Do you want to die Chase, I'm pretty sure I have no problem killing my brother." Her eyes narrowed as a low growl came from her chest. Chase ignored Alex, "What are you?"

Lanen chuckled, uneasy. "Im a Wulf, a werewulf." She blinked and frowned. "Im surprised you didnt know, Shifter, although you could have thought I was one as well." Now she laughed. "Im rambling now." Her weight shifted, causing her long hair to sway with the movement. She grabbed i tand twirled the tip of the braid around the finger of her other hand.

"Ah, A werewulf." He raised an eyebrow. "As you know I'm a shifter, and my sister here is one of the very few vampires around here." Alex chuckled. "Mhm, and one the the two with retractable venom filled fangs." She paused a grinned. "Gotta love it." She continued flatly. Chase huffed. "So are you the only on in your family to be.. gifted as we say?"

"Was. Yes." Lanen answered his question with a nod. Her ears twitched and she looked over her head to see a boy with shoulder-length black hair and amber eyes turn the corner, whistling. "Bran!" The girl shouted as she whirled, slipping slightly as she ran towards her friend. She reached him and put her hands on his shoulder, vaulting up and behind him. "Uhg. Laney." Bran gasped as she sailed 5 feet behind, laughing the whole while. He stared at her and she walked up, breathless. "You got shorter." He put a hand on her head, which only reached his armpit.

"Mm, an Elf." Alex sniffed the air and grinned letting her fangs drop. "Don't." Chase hissed has he put his hand over her shoulder. Alex rolled her eyes and snorted "Give me at least some credit, I mean yes Elf blood is amazing." She paused as she darted her eyes back to the Elf. "I'd know." She continued "But c'mon I'm not that mean and plus I don't want to make a scene." She smiled slyly.

Bran looked at the others. "Who're your friends, Lan?" Lanen whirled back around, nearly whipping Bran with her hair. He caught and held her braid, looking over the top of her head; not a hard feat. "The male's Chase an' thats his sister, Alex. I like them." Lanen nodded, as if that made it the law of the universe.

Chase nodded "Hey." He siffed the air. "I'm a shifter and my sister is a vampire." He said looking over at his sister. "Your going to have to excuse my sister, she's not friendly, and probably hugry." Alex shot Chance a look "How would you like to feel a persons pulse running in their body while your hungery." Her eyes darted over to the Elf, as she ran her tounge across her fangs which slightly dripped some venom. "The smell of blood is a sweet one to us, and listening to it circulate through someone's body is just," She sniffed again. "Torture" |
