She enjoyed teasing him so much. ---- Kurano considered that for a moment and said, "Pops did say he wanted to head west for the winter, the mountains get pretty cold around christmas time and it's warmer down here." ----- Tamarand tilted his head the other way and said, "My father was the same, he had all the power a storm coud possiby have. He could fly, call up thunderheads at will, and howl out sonic booms that could crack boulders. I'll never be like him though." He sat down now too, head hanging to the ground. ----- Shrya shook her head and replied, You wouldn't be who you are now if you could talk and hear. What fun would you be then?

Well, it wasn't fun as a pup, we got lost this one time, and I couldn't hear a thing happening around us. When Ouka finally came and helped us....
He shook his head.
I nearly fainted in fear. Kioko nudged him.
"Don't worry. I bet that we'll be able to do much more with our powers soon enough. We just have to practice and wait, wait and practice."

Kirano looked at her, sorrow in his eyes, both for the hidden meaning in her words, and his own sorrow.
But you can talk, hear the wind in the trees, the ocean hitting the shore. I can only hear echoes of it in memories of others, and not my own.. And no matter what I try, bloodshed happens, even with my power...
In a more humorous tone, he added.
But I have heard that I can make wolves' ears bleed by singing in their mind.

Shyra looked at him, the sadness of old memories heavy in her eyes. She replied, Kirano...thank you. I haven't been able to talk like this to anyone in a long time. ---- Aurora's grin returned, gleaming even in the darkness. She slipped up next to Vince and whispered in his ear, "You want your revenge on Kale, right?" ---- Kurano smiled gently and looked at her, saying, "I have a funny feeling that we'll be seeing them again pretty soon. Call me psycic." ---- Tamarand half-sighed, half-chuckled. He stood up and said, "Lead the way." If it had been any other female, he would have let his playboy/charming side out and added, 'I'd love to see the beauty of your face bathed in the light of the equally gorgeous moon.' Yet for some reason, he held himself back. Normally, he was able to predict how people would react to his words and action, but with Kylane it was different. She was impossible to read maybe because she was so much like himself. She had undeniably caught his intrest, for one reason or another.

"It isn't too far. I've been practicing here, so it is covered in plants." Kirano tilted his head slightly.

((ack!! I keep getting mixed up XD )) Aurora bumped him and said, "Just follow me." She caught a glimpse of her sister with one of Kale's siblings, but thought nothing of it. That one seemed to be the most sensible of the three anyways. She padded off in the direction of the cave, her tail wagging excitedly. ----- Kurano laughed and said, "Well, Kirano's actually the one I'd expect to get the future-seeing powers, I'm just a translator." ----- Shyra shook her head and replied, You don't understand. These things i'm telling you are things I would normally never tell a stranger, but I feel.... comfortable with you, like I can trust you without a doubt to not judge me for my past deeds. ----- Tamarand smiled to himself, following Kioko and saying, "You should see the place in my hometown where I used to practice. It's practically blown apart." ----- A peculiar shiver went up Kale's spine and he glanced nervously out of the cave entrance. Something was wrong, he could feel it, and it was ready to pounce on him at any moment.

Vince, smiling with an evil gleam followed after Aurora. He greatly enjoyed pranks, especially when it involved an enemy. "So....what's the plan Captain?" ~~~ Kylane smiled, "A pretty good translator to!" She lifted an ear out of hope for hearing a famiiar distant howl. She was enjoying life with Kurano, the others and her brother, but part of her still longed to see her family again.
