((Cool! All the better! ^_^ and Vince doesn't like to show his emotions that aren't agravation and irritation at his sister so this should be fun!))

Kylane dropped to the ground and rolled at Kurano's feet.

"Oh, master! You are the greatest king to live! Thank you for gracing me with your presence!"

Vince blinked and shook his head. Clearing his throat he said,

"Uh, nothing...I just spaced for a moment there....sorry..."

Kurano doubled over, laughing again. He stopped for a moment, gasping for air and said,

"This is too much. You really should meet my sister, my other one I mean, you two would hit it off great."

"Uhhh right." she quickly looked away before saying,

"I just noticed how hungry I am. You up for some hunting?"

without waiting for an answer, she padded off, deeper into the forest. As she walked, she cursed to herself, thinking,

You up for some hunting? Jeez how lame is that? I seriously need to improve on this kind of crap.

Kylane's eyes sparkled at the thought of meeting a new friend. 

"I'm sure we would! Where is she? I'll go say hi right now!"

Vince blinked as the thought of hunger reminded him of his stomach gnawing at his side.  He then remebered that he had just brought down a large elk before hand.  Running to catch up to Aurora he yelled,

"Hey! I already killed something, remember? I nearly killed you over it?"

He regretted bringing that memory up again, but knew it would be easier just to go eat that elk than hunt another.

Kurano grimaced and said,

"I'm not exactly sure. My twin brother is around here somewhere so Kioko should be near too. There's no rush though, we'll probably bump into her sooner or later."

Aurora flinched at the unfriendly encounter but nodded. She changed her direction and headed back to where she had first heard Kioko. The scent of blood with still thick in the air so she found ti quite easily.

Kylane nodded.

"I'm sure we will. Seems our families have a tendency to bump into each other!"

She laughed again and looked around worriedly.

"Uh....where did they go?"

Vince punched himself in the gut when he saw Aerora flinch. You idiot! why didn't you just go hunt another?! He followed her to the carc*censored* and immediately took a bite. He was surprised that there wasn't already another animal there trying to eat it...

((dunno, haven't seen her at all lately, she may have quit Res))

Kurano looked up and said,

"Dunno, Aurora is the type to go hunting for no reason. She says it helps her to unwind."

(i think it's high time to bring in some competition X3 ))

Aurora's head came up when she heard a loud snap in the trees up ahead. The soudn was followed by a curse. Aurora let loose a growl both to warn Vince that someone was there and the intruder to stay away. Before long though, a white wolf with black and yellow fur stepped through the trees.

Kylane smiled,

"Well, we'll just have to find them won't we!"

She trotted off into the forest trying to remember where the herd had gone.

Vince lowered, a line of hair raising on his back.  Growling lowly he showed his teeth,

"Who are you?"

((rofl he left him at home with momma :P ))

Kurano laughed and padded after her, bumping her slightly as he caught up.

"Don't you dare leave me behind." He said.

Kale glanced at the male, unintimidated by his agressive posture. He chuckled lightly and said,

"Don't get all huffed up, I was just looking for..." He glanced at Aurora. "Something."

----

Aurora's eyes narrowed at the newcomer, her tail horizontal to the ground and not wagging. As her impatience grew, frost began appearing at her paws and her eyes turned cold.

Kylane laughed and winked at him.

"I'm appalled that you would acuse me of doing such a thing!"

Immediately following her saying this, she bolted towards the herd laughing all the way.

Vince, unconvinced, became more aggravated with the stranger.  The ground around him became visibly warmer as he growled again.

"And this something would be?"

((Foxy!!! I think they're somewhere in the woods looking for the others...))

Kurano chuckled and dashed after her, starting to sing a little annoying tune in Kylane's head. It was a trick he had learned from a specific someone....

Iiiit's a small world aaafter aaall!!

Kale chuckled at Vince and let a few sparks dance around his fur. With a sly grin, he said,

"Something that you seem to want as well."

Unlike Aurora and Vince, Kale could see right through them both.

Aurora glanced at both of the males, taking a hesitant step back with a confused look on her face.

Vince was confused by this revelation, but did not back down. He *censored*umed the stranger referred to the meat.

"Well you can't have it."

At this his tail seemed to catch fire, in a flash. He growled louder and prepared to fight.

Kylane laughed and started singing as well. Two could play at this game.

"9999 legs of deer on the tree 9999 legs of deer! Take one down..."

Kurano sang even louder,

9998 legs of deer on the tree, 9998 legs of deer! Take one down.....

he went on for another two rounds before stopping to take a mental breath.

Aurora took another three hasty steps back as Vince burst into flames. She called out,

"Vince, don't!"

She knew, though, that he probably wouldn't listen. she tried to contact Kurano, but her brother was busy with some other mental connection and impossible to reach. She cursed as she was forced to watch.

----

Kale snickered and let electricity dance all around him, leaving scorch marks on the nearby trees. He would get what he wanted, he always did. He glanced at the black female while he waited for the male to make his move. A fine prize indeed....

Kioko heard a small commotion nearby, and heard Aurora. Concern for her little sister made her faster as she raced through the forest. She stopped when she saw Aurora,safe. But she was slightly confused when she saw two males obviously competeing over something. She quickly stepped beside Aurora, her orange tail brushing her sister's back to let her know she was there.

"What's going on?"

Kirano was now lost. And wishing he had stayed with Kioko. He turned around, and tried using his mind to locate his sister. He finally located her mind, and picked up her scent. But as he came closer, the scent he smelled ranged for a larger number of wolves. He saw Kioko, and Aurora, as well as three other wolves. Not wanting to be questioned, unable to return answers, he slinked over, behind his sisters, rustling a bush so they would know that someone was there. Then he lightly brushed Aurora's mind.
Hey. How've you been?
He added a small note of seriousness, to hint that he was also wondering what was going on.

aurora turned to Kioko and said,

"Some jerk just popped out of nowhere and started acting all high and mighty. Vince, that wolf there, is about to fight him an di don't knwo how to stop them."

She repeated the same thing to Kirano and added,

How you been? Knew you were around here somewhere, Kurano's probably itching to see you.

Kirano shrugged.
Probably. I might be able to stop these two. Do you know what they're fighting over?

Kioko was also in the conversation, as Kirano had brushed her mind.
"Well, males don't fight like this unless it is over territory, food, or a female, right? I could be wrong. Other than Kirano, these are the first males I've seen in months."

Aurora shook her head looking at kurano and saying,

"Don't get mixed up in this, neither of them look too happy right now i i don't think they'd enjoy a complete stranger popping in out of nowhere. about what they're fighting over, i have no idea."

((I wasn't going to. Not without permission.))

Kirano nodded, the message had come over mentally as well, but he was still alert. He may be youngest, even younger than his twin by a few moments, but he was quite protective over his sisters. He constantly paced back and forth over the undergrowth behind them. He has his ears pricked, even though he was unable to hear anything, and he stared at the ground. He would sense if someone went after Kioko or Aurora. It was a sibling instinct.

Kioko licked her younger sister's ear. Knowing Kirano couldn't hear, she closed her mind and rea-s-sured Aurora.
"Kirano may be deaf, but he isn't slow witted. I think that even if you told him to go ahead, he probably wouldn't. I sometimes think that he knows everything that goes on around me. More than telepathy."

Kylane imediately picked up where Kurano left off,

"9995 legs of deer on the tree! 9995 legs of deer! Take one down.."

Vince growled as he saw the other male eye Aurora. That bothered him. He couldn't tell why, but it truly deeply bothered him.

"I'll give you one more chance to leave wolf."
