Osiris stood stock-still, allowing himself to be pulled out of the chair, but certainly not going along very easily. He didn't move a muscle, but kept his legs perfectly straight, not even attempting to dig his heels in or go along with the man. He had found it was almost always far more interesting to just do nothing. It got the most response, anyway.

The man grunted at Orisis's weight and pulled him out of the classroom. Thank god the school was only one story high, so he wouldn't be forced to drag the teen down the stairs. Skilja watched for a few minutes, staring out the door until he realized something. "He left his things here." Skilja told the teacher. Seeing that there was five minutes left of class anyway, the man waved a hand, allowing the teen to go. Skilja grabbed Oat's things and his own and left the classroom, trying to follow the two.

Osiris, quite amused the man had to put in so much effort where as he only had to stand there, decided to chatter away to him. ''So, d'you think it was monkeys or parrots that taught ol' prof in there English? I myself am of the firm mind it was parrots. He can imitate what people say, it's the fact he can only read at a first-grade level that I find stupid.''

The man rolled his eyes, used to Osiris talking about something along the same lines. "Why don't you ever just keep your opinions to yourself, hm? You wouldn't get in so much trouble, and I wouldn't have to do so much work." He almost sounded exasperated as he pulled the teen into the office. He then yanked Osiris into a room and gestated for him to take a chair.

''Well, I'm afraid, my friend, I cannot withhold what I think. Besides, isn't working what you get paid for?'' Osiris asked, sitting down, but doing it in such a way it appeared he did it merely because it was easier to sit than stand, slouching down in the chair lazily.

[[...One of Kir's eyes is blue and the other one is purple...]]

The man shrugged and walked to the door. "The psychology guy want's to talk to you." He said, guessing that Osiris would know that he meant the counselor. "Don't try to get out, the door's locked." And with that, the man left.

Skilja guessed that Osiris would be taken to the office, and that being the only building he knew, he easily found it. Skilja saw the man that had taken the other teen away, and waved him down. The man, seeing Osiris' things, pointed to the room the said teen was in. Skilja thanked him and went to the room and opened the door. He took a step in and was about to tell Osiris that he had his things, but something made him turn around. The door shut, closed and locked..

[[e.o I replied to this. Res must've eaten it and I didn't know. ;-;]]

''Hey, Swan. Since when are you the counsellor, eh?'' He chuckled slightly, not bothered in the least by the fact that the door was locked. ''I mean,, you don't look very counsellor-ish to me, but... whatever.'' Shrugging his shoulder, he decided to think nothing more of it, and remained slouched back in the seat, one leg crossed over the other.

[[Oh well]]

"I'm not. The teacher said I could bring your things to you since you left them." Skilja gestured to the two book bags on the floor. He had dropped both of them when the door closed. "I have no interest in psychology; someone did a test to prove that therapy doesn't help." He said. "And what's with the nickname?"

Osiris sighed in amusement at the boy's behavior. Did he really think he was serious? It was hard to be serious around someone who looked like they'd stuck their head in a flour bag. ''Gee, I wonder. Maybe it's the fact your hair's as white as... well, a swan. Asides, I can't remember your name. So, you're stuck with Swan.''

Skilja put his hand on his hair. "Oh, yeah. I forgot about that." He said blankly. "And is my name really that hard to remember? It only has two syllables." The teen saw that there was another seat, and he went over to it, dragging his things with him. He was regretting being a nice person and offering to do this. Skilja heard a bell go off. Well, at least he got to skip some of the class, it wasn't like he was behind in everything, anyway.

Osiris shrugged. ''Dunno. Unless it has something to do with either Cryptology, Egyptian Mythology, or Greek Mythology, you're screwed. It'll take me like a year to learn your name.'' He gave a slight chuckle, a slightly amused smile at his lips. It was his sister's fault he loved Mythology in general so much... He tried not to think about that, though.

[[...What about Norse mythology...?]]

Skilja rolled his eyes. Looks like he made a friend. "Why are you so interested in Mythology? You look more like someone who..." He trailed off, not knowing where he was going. What did he think Oats would be into? He really didn't look like a religious person.... "Who does magic." He finally stated. "Like curses and that kind of things." Skilja doubted that bringing up magic would get any sort of reaction out of Oats.

[[Lawls, I dunno any of that. |D I'm just going off stuff I like. /3]]

Osiris tensed up briefly, but forced himself to relax after a moment. Giving a dark chuckle, he thought for a moment before replying to Swan. ''Mythology is more closely interlinked with Magic than you'd think, y'know. Y'know how you tame an evil dragon? Create a concoction with a unicorn's tear and a drop of Hydra's blood. Now, that's just an old myth, but you see the connection, surely?''

"You looked surprised for a second." Skilja observed. He had tried mixing the two together once, but he really didn't know where to find a Hydra, so he used a salamander. He was lucky that the house hadn't exploded. Mother had taken away all of his stones for a whole month. "And anyway, I don't really believe in any of those myth things."

''Well, you seemed to actually believe in magic.'' He replied tersely, thinking for a moment. He found such methods despicable. Any dragon that needed to be tamed could be, by conventional methods such as hard work and honesty, as well as a lot of trust-building. ''Duh. I just like them because I find them... intriguing.''

Skilja shrugged. "Before I moved here, I was living beside a fairy." Oh, those strange Icelanders... They were almost as bad as the English. "I grew up listening to my mother telling my old wives tales and superstition. I guess I just picked up on the belief of magic over the years." He tilted his head. Skilja was feeling confident; he could tell something bad was probably going to happen soon. "What about you?"

Osiris sighed. Another nut-job. Even he knew fairies lived in mountains as far away from people as possible. ''Dunno. My sister used to love mythology and the like...'' He said 'used to', because his sister had recently taken up an intense hatred for the word 'magic'. It wasn't like she even knew what her brother was. No, no one in his family knew. ''I guess it rubbed off on me.''

[[I'm not kidding, there are really places in Iceland where there is a patch of land with a stone in it that has one of those house numbers =p ]]

'Used to'? Did that mean Oats' sister was dead? Skilja raised his eyebrow. "Does she not like mythology now? What made her change her mind?" He asked, interested suddenly.
