Oh, the girl was a mermaid. Whatever. Arachelle was annoyed now. Ace kept bringing people and it made Ara feel uncomfortable. Maybe next time she'll bring a pinata and they can throw a party. The odds wouldn't be very good if it turned into a fight. Ara simply nodded in aknowledgement at Ace and kept her gaze trained on the Angel, eyes narrowed. He thought he sounded so smart, talking about his so-called "mission," while flaunting his incredibly good looks. And did he really think that she wouldn't hunt? She neededed to eat like everything else, or else she would grow reckless and weak. It was probably part of Ace's plan. When they dissappeared, Arachelle muttered a profanity and said "Come on, Drake." Before walking into the underbrush, her eyes roamed around the spot where Angel dissappeared just in case he was lingering around.
...
Drake was really confused now. There were more? He just wouldn't get tangled up in this, pretty sea maiden or not. He needed answers. That damn vampire was an ediot if she still expected him to go along with this. He wasn't stupid. He wanted answers. "Listen Ara. I want to know what's going on. This is nothing like what you said it would be. I won't be strung along on something dangerous. I look out only for myself and I know you wouldn't care what happened to me. This is all about you." Ara turned around and snarled in his face angrily. She was really on edge. "Don't get snippy, mortal. I'll explain it later. But for now, I need you to play along until I figure out my next move. Okay?" He would remember to ask later.

[Oh my god, finally!] It was finally Dawn. Sunday morning had finally come, leaving Ace, angel, and Glimmer waiting for Arachelle and Drake at port. That was there meating place. After that, each person were to take the fastest route to the coast, where they would set out together to find the island. Upon closer look, you would see that not every person was dressed normally. Ace herself was not dressed in her usual attire. Instead of her usual jacket, jeans and normal t-shirt, she was now dressed in a pair of jeans, though with the left leg cut off, so it just resembles a pair of shorts on one side and normal skinny jeans on the other. She had a belt hanging off her waist, studded in little bits of silvery metal. She had traded her usual t-shirt for a cropped cami, one that showed the tattoo of the symbol of the shapeshifter that was apparently glowing. Slung across her back was a bow with a puch full of arrows. Her face was clear, with no make up. Her hair was pulled back into a tight french braid. She was barefoot. Glimmer was a completely different matter. Instead of just wearing her little sundress as she had the day before, she was wearing a pearly white ensemble, that seemed to be made out of water. Other than that, she wasn't wearing anything, though her feet were completely hidden in a puddle of water. Salty water. Her long green hair was pulled ontop of her head in a ponytail, and even then, he hair reached lower than her hips and thighs. God knew that when she was in her true form, her hair would be even longer. Her legs appeared to be dusted with green, and scales covered her neck and wrapped around her waist. Angel, actually, hadn't changed a bit. The only thing that was different about him today, was that he had on a white shirt instead of a black one, and a pair of dark ink colored jeans. Each of them seemed to be anxious. Glimmer's puddle bellow her feet seemed to keep getting bigger, and the water began to crawl up her legs, causing her legs to look even more green, more scaley than before. Angel's wings seemed to be hanging limply, but seemed to be even more stiffer, tight with stress. Ace, unfortunatly, had wolf ears topping her head, and a tail whipping back and forth behind her. Her hair was a bit longer than usual, something that had to do with fur. "Do you think they'll be here?" Ace asked. [The symbol looks like this. And no, Glimmer is not peeing a puddle, it's just what her kind of mermaids do when they're on land. They are constantly followed by or surrounded by water.]

Ara strode haughtily across the peer to meet Ace, Angel, and Glim Fin. Good, they made it. Drake trailed her like a puppy and he was not too happy. He and the vamp had a very heated discussion that was less than civilized. Drake wore a simple black t-shirt and some jeans with his usual sneakers. Arachelle donned a black, lacy cami with denim short shorts and white flip flops. The main section of her hair was pulled up in a loose bun ((like in her bio pic)). Around her waist was a black leather belt with two sheaths on either side. Each one held a foot-long bronze knife. Against Ara's better judgement, Drake refused to bring a weapon. His eyes were icy. "So, I guess we'll go our seperate ways and meet eachother along the coastline. I own a boat. I'd rather not use one of those awful hippocampi. Horses and fish should not go together. Plus, it'd be easier to hunt off of a boat." Ara shot a glare at the handsome angel. "Until we are forced to 'work togther,' I will do things my own way."

Angel put his hands up in a "don't-hurt-me" gesture. "I never said you couldn't hunt, Arachelle. I simply said no one on this trip were to kill eachother." he turned back around andwent back into his conversation with Glimmer, who's cheeks shown with a pale green blush. But all the while, Glimmer couldn't help but stare at Drake. He was cute, she concluded, smirking mentally. But why was he being so heartless? She had caught him staring at her the day before, and she couldn't help but blush. Ace, upon seeing her friend act all childish, giggled. Of course. The mermaid falls in love with the Dark Wizard, she thought. Shaking her head, she turned to Ara. "That would be a really bad idea," she stated. "Because boats are human made, they will never find the island. If you take that boat to the island, then you'll never reach it." [I think I'm gonna make Glimmer get grounded by her father. Then, he won't let her back to the mainland, so I don't have to play her anymore. Sorry, but I have an idea for another Character. ^^ Or two. xDD]

At least the know-it-all angel knew what was good for him. Most didn't realize the danger surrounding Arachelle until it was too late. That was part of the reason she was a good hunter. Anyway, Ara would kill if she had to. She would kill anyone to save her own skin. She sighed. Of course, that was a good point. Boats would never cut it. "Okay, where are the stupid creatures? I want to get a move on." Ara looked out at the open ocean and fingered the knives at her waist. Then she glanced over at Drake. Hopefully he cooled down. He was actually casting glances at the mermaid who was now acting all bubbly. Glimmer looked so green that if she was a human, you would think she was horribly sick. Ara just ignored them. If she was falling for him, then she better prepare her heart to be shattered. Necromancers were not known for their romantic skills. Then she looked at Angel. Catching him staring at her, she fidgeted, feeling uncomfortable.

"Oh, follow me..." the blushing mermaid declared, still staring at Drake with wonder. Turning around regretfully, she led the small froup of five toward the edge of the little deck. "They'll be here any minute now," Glimmer muttered. "Come on, get in the water, all of you," Glimmer ordered, pushing Aceya in. Aceya squeeled, before landing with a huge splash in the water. Treading water, she turned up her face to glare at Glimmer, who was smiling down sweetly over the edge of the deck. "That was sooo cruel." Aceya growled, but smiled again when she realized that there were little fish all around her. Giggling like a madwoman, she started trying to grab the fish in her palms. Didn't you know, that dogs loved water? Glimmer turned from her gleeful friend to peer at Angel, with a glintin her eyes. Angel shook his head. He did not want to get pushed in. Pulling off his shirt, he jumped into the water with only his jeans on. Coming up from the bottom, he exploded from the surface, his now straight and wet white hair covering his entire face. "It's... pretty warm." Angel noted. "No sh*t sherlock," Ace rolled her eyes. Now acting more serious. Glimmer shook her head before turning back to the Night people. "You guys gotta come in, or else you'll miss them." she declared, before tuning around and jumping into the water. A wave came to meet her, and what looked like a whirlpool surrounded her legs. Her legs slowly dissapeared to be replaced by a long, scaley, and beautiful green tail. Her long hair elongated, reaching almost to where her knees would have been if she was still human. Her hair was actually relatively short, compared to other royal mermaids of her family. From in the distance, Ace could her the neighing ofthe water horses, alongw with the chirping sounds of a dolphin."They're coming!" Glimmer declared, smiling gleefully. She was back in her home turf.

Ara got tense when everyone jumped into the water. In fact, after angel removed his shirt and hopped in, the temperature seemed to get noticably hotter. Drake just peeked down, gulped, and jumped. Ara wished she had that courage. For some odd reason, she didn't like the water. It was really wierd... She just gulped. "Guys, are you sure there isn't any other way..?"

Ace smirked. "Is the great vampire afraid of a little water?" she made a baby voice as she spoke. She, herself, loved water. She loved to watch the little fish dart across her view. But she felt pity to the scared vampire at the same time. She knew, for a fact, that vampire did not like water. Wait, did they? She shook her head, letting her gold hair whip around her face, which ended up getting right in Angel's eyes. Oops. Angel groaned, dunking his head back into the water. "Arachelle, we have no time to wait. Get your a*s down here right now." Ace cussed. She seemed to be swearing a lot today, Angel noticed. Maybe it was stress.

"Don't mock me." Ara growled. "At least I don't act childish when there are little fishies in the water. You three need to act less happy and more mature. That's why creations of God tend to be weak." She was angry. But she channeled all her anger into convincing herself to get in the water. It couldn't be that bad. Ara quickly leaped up and did a graceful flip in the air, diving off the pier. She landed right next to Drake, refusing to look at Ace.

Ace simply shrugged, before frowning. "Did you just call me WEAK?" She snarled, her lips curling back to reveal sharp fangs. She couldn't believe it. That.... f***ing vampire. Just. Called. Me. Weak! Launching herself toward Ara, she launched a punch at the vampire, which hit just bellow Ara's eye. Glimmer groaned. She whistled sharply, calling the hipocampi's to swim faster. Angel started to frown. He would step in if he had to.

Ara dodged the swift puch but part of it caught the corner of her jaw and the impact was immensly painful. Then she used all her force to leap out of the water and kick Ace. She didn't even wait to see how successful her kick was. She ducked under the water to avoid another *censored*ualt and buy herself time.

Aceya tried to avoid the kick, but instead, it caught her in the stomach, causing the wind to be knocked out of her. However, she recovered quickly. Leaping out of the water toward Ara, she said "Don't you dare underestimate me." she growled. She was half in her wolf form, and half out. She looked more lean and slender, had a wolf tail and wolf ears sticking out of her body. Her eyes appeared more wolfish than normal, as did her teeth. Her nails looked more like claws than fingernails, and she scraped the side of Arachelle's arm, drawing blood.

Ara hissed in anger as blood flowed freely from her arm. She splashed water into Ace's face then kneed her in the side. After that, she swung her arm and aimed a m*censored*ive swipe at the wolf's muzzle. "Oh, you have no idea what I can do!"

Angel stepped into the fight. He grabbed Ara around the waist tightly, keeping her away from Ace. He would be able to restrain her. He knew he had much more strength than anyone here. He was scowling deeply at Ace and Ara. But at the same time, he couldn't help but notice how close Ara was. Glimmer had Ace held tightly in the water. The water around Ace had turned to ice, locking her in, keeping her wrists and ankles bound together. "You..." she cussed openly, not caring if people heard her colorful vocabulary at all. Glimmer and Angel's eyes widened at her word. Not once had they ever heard someone say all those foul words in less than two breaths. [Devils and Angels are, like, equal in power. *plays with fingers* Do you think you could create a guy for... Ace? *grins innocently*]

((I'll think of one soon ;) -wink, wink-)) Suddenly Ara was trapped in Angel's arms. She was struggling with all her strength, clawing, pushing, pulling. But his arms were like iron bars against her strength. Then Ara started cussing as well. "Let go of me you f...... Son of a b....! I need to kill her! She needs to die! No! You are no match for me b....! After even more rants, Arachelle grew tired. For some reason, Angel calmed her. She just relaxed and leaned against him, and shot dangerous looks at Ace. She didn't even get to use her knives. "I'll get all three of you... someday." She said calmly. "Please release me." Drake who just looked on silently said, "Ara, you must stay calm. Angel, let her go." He glanced at Ace and looked Angel in the eye.

Angel released Ara, even though he had to use all of his control to do so. He gestured to Glimmer with a nod, and she unbound Ace. Ace fell back to the surface of the water, splashing back under. Sighing simutaniously, Angel and Glimmer shook their heads. Suddenly, there was a neigh. Actually, there was more than one. From the surface of the water erupted three hipocampi and a green dolphin. The dolphin swam toward Glimmer, a series of clicks coming from its beak. Glimmer replied with clicks of her own. Ace stared at her, bewildered. Is she talking dolphin? She cocked her head to the side. She shrugged to herself, before climbing uptop her own hipocampi. It was pure white, with a streaming pale green mane. "Hey boy," she giggled, stroking it's soft fur. Angel stared at the hipocampi. Something seemed off. "Why is there only three?" He asked Glimmer, who turned to face him. She stared at the hipocampi. "There's supposed to be four..." she noted. "I don't need one, since I'll just swim. I guess two of you will have to share one..." she shrugged. "Sorry." [xDD Who's gonna share one? ooooh]

Ara swiftly mounted a black hippocampus She didn't even know black ones existed. The hippocampi bucked a little and neighed, so did the one that Drake approached. They weren't used to evil. Ara struggled to keep hers under control. Now Angel did not have a hippocampus. Arachelle was tempted to ride with Drake but she worked hard to restrain the beautiful black one. Drake would definitely not share the hippocampus with an angel. Maybe horrible Ace would... Arachelle would let Angel make the choice.
