Angel snorted. "Weirdo." he shook his head, closing the door. "Wonder we was actin' all gitery." He shook his head in wonder, slowly making the walk back to his casle. Laying in bed, he kept thinking of ways to impress Ara. Drake did say she loved rubies... But he didn't want someone to help him choose what he would give her. So instead, he thought of a perfect gift, something that Drake hadn't suggested. He manifested a silver necklace. On the end was a small diamond, a red diamond. All around the diamond were smaller clear ones, causing the diamond to really stand out. Satisfied, he fell asleep.

     Ace came up the staris after a long amount of working out. She was drenched in sweat. Maybe this would be a nice time to swim in the river? She grabbed a towel from a shelf and took it to the lake. Peeling off her clothes, she slipped in, loving the feeling of the cold water refreshing her skin... After a few dozen minutes she came out, wrapped herself in the towel, and headed back to the cabin. By the time she had reached the cabin, she had already turned into a wolf. Finding all the wolves from before on her bed, she just snuggled up with them, falling asleep.

But Glimmer with green hair, and much longer.

     Ace woke to find none of the wolves there anymore. She smiled to herself. They probably went to get some food. Ace stood up from the bed and headed toward the bathroom, where there was a stash of clothes neatly folded and ready for her. Fishnets... shorts... tank top... And a hair elastic. She hurried to pull it all on, anxious to go see her friends. She cast a shameful look down at her arm, which had a nastly looking black scar windding around and around her left arm. Finding a roll of bandages, she wrapped it around the scar until it was no longer visible. Turning to look at herself in the mirror, she smiled brightly, before turning out of her lovely room. After walking a few miles, she came to a marble door. "This is it."

     Glimmer pulled herself out of the water. She dragged herself along the sho.re, finding a pair of clotes waiting for her there. A green tank and a wrap around green skirt. Hastily pulling them on, she laced up her sandals. Placing a couple barrets in her hair, she admired her reflection in the water, before turning to leave her cabin. Infront of the marble door, she said, "This is it."

     Angel pulled on a blue shirt and his inky-black jeans. He slashed two holes in the back of his shirt so he would be able to use his wings. He sighed with pleasure. Picking up te necklace he had manifested earlier, he smiled, looking at the jewels. "I hope she likes it." He murmured, before slipping the expensive thing into his pocket. LEaving the castle, he stood infront of the marble door. Turning back to face his old world, he smiled regretfully. "It's like leaving home again." He smiled. "This is it." They were all supposed to meet at the ballroom once they awoke.

     Angel, Ace, and Glimmer sat down in the ballroom against the wall. Well, more acuratly, Ace was hanging from the chandelier, Angel was leaning against the wall, and Glimmer was laying on her side with her back to the wall. Ace was swinging back and forth, giggling. She really never wanted to leave this place. But she had too. And that made her sad... Angel was busy worrying about whether or not Ara would like the necklace. Maybe she hated diamonds? Did she even like necklaces? Does she hate the color red? Does she hate silver? Oh my god!... And Glimmer was humming to herself. All in all, mixed emotions were going on around the room.

     They were all waiting for Ara and Drake to show up.

[Necklace]

     "Hello, little vampire," he kissed her back. He let go of her with on arm and reached into his pocket. Pulling out the necklace, he smiled innocently. "I got you this," he put it in the palm of her hand and closed her fingers around it. "I don't know if you like it, but..." heput his hand behind his head, closing his eyes, while smiling. "Haha,"Being dazzled by an Angel? Everyday. Rendering an Angel speechless? Doesn't happen often.

     Glimmer giggled. "Stop, stop!" She laughed, "My clothe's will get all wrinkled!" she giggled madly. Was he tickling her? Yes? No? She let go of Drake and straightened out her skirt and shirt. "I found these in my... ehem.. 'room-cavern'." She pointed to what she was wearing.

     Ace swung down from the chandelier, landing in a perfect flip. "Hm..."

     Ace nodded. She led the small group to the exit from the gorgeous temple. She already felt like she didn't want to leave. In fact, all she wanted to do was to go back in the water. By the time she had made her desicion, she was already at the sh.ore, her toes almost touching the water. "Umm, guys?" Glimmer and Angel turned their gaze on her. "I want to..." she never got to finish her sentence, because suddenly, she slipped and landed in the water. Once her feet weren't actually touching the island, the though was dispelled. "Get in the water! Quick, everyone!"

"Yeah."  Said Drake.  "Don't be so eager to leave.  This place is great!  We're not gonna die this second."  

But Ara sighed and walked forward toward the water's edge.  Then this uncomfortable feeling came over her, like her whole body was being pulled toward the beautiful temple.  She wanted to turn and look at it but she refused to.  She struggled to keep control of her actions, almost stumbling.  It was pulling her back.  Ara closed her eyes and paused.  She concentrated hard.  I am in control.  Only me.  And she took swift, strong, strides toward the water.  When the slightest bit, touched her toes, the pull she felt released her and she relaxed.  The temple still looked beautiful and alluring, but she didn't feel the need to rush to it.  "Come'on.  Listen to Ace.  If you don't Drake, I will force you."  Drake looked at her weird.  "Now!"  Drake walked swiftly toward the surf.  He paused once, but ran to the water.
