James hadn't been totally there, half asleep from waiting around so long. And the chairs here had to be be the most uncomfortable things he had ever sat in. How was he supposed to be able to catch up on his sleep in these things? He refused to leave Adam her by himself so beggars couldn't be choosers.

He did lift his head from his hand, which he had propped it up on, as the doctor came in. He hoped that they really had found out what was wrong this time, they'd come in more than once claiming that they had and then later found out it was wrong. Again. He frowned when he whispered it to Adam, confused as to why he couldn't say it out loud. He was instantly worried, however. when Adam's face turned to pure shock and he shuddered over his words. Then the doctor's announcement left him almost completely speechless. Almost.

"Thats... thats not possible." James said, looking at the doctor as if he had just turned into a giant purple frog. "Y-you can't be serous. You got it wrong again. Because, unless I have this whole Biology thing upside down and backwards.... He can't be pregnant." James said slowly. Trying to turn this over in his mind. They thought he was pregnant? Seriously? They had come to the wrong hospital obviously.

James took the test results from the doctor and looked at them. Once, twice, three times. it was true, it showed all of the tests that Adam had been tested for and then the pregnancy test randomly placed into the order. And it did show positive twice in a row. He frowned at the sheet, as if asking it why it had these results on it.

He shook his head, a frown still on his face as he slowly began to give the sheet back. He glanced at Adam, reading his ex
pression like an open book. He'd talk to him once the doctor was gone. He found himself thinking about what they were going to do about this. Did this make him... a dad? Could he call himself that?

The doctor took the results back from James, looked at the two and realized that they needed time to take all of this stuff in. He left quietly, closing the door behind him. James waited a few seconds after the door had closed, looking at it before he turned quickly back to Adam. He reached for his hand, "We'll... we'll figure this out." James told him, nodding. He wasn't going to make Adam go through this by himself.

James wrapped his own arms around him, squeezing slightly. He wanted Adam to be able to trust him, so him saying that meant a lot to him. "You'll go until you start to show..." James said slowly. "Then, after that, you can take your clas.ses online and those you can I'll do something about." James said, this was going to be difficult and they were both going to have to put forth as much effort as possible if Adam wanted to at least try and finish high school.

He almost didn't let Adam go when he went back to sit on the bed again, wanting to hold on and maybe hope this wasn't happening. He watched Adam quietly as he touched his stomach and could help but laugh a little at what he said. "I guess... if you want to be called a mom?" He said, it was up to him completely on that one. He remembered his own job, he would have to go back soon, having used up all of his sick days and vacation day by staying with Adam.

"Maybe not. You never know. But you can't work there long if you do decide to go back if you don't want to deal with anyone criticizing you." James explained, he didn't think he wanted Adam working, especially if he was going to walk or have the possibility of getting hurt again. 

James went to sit beside him on the bed, grabbing his hand again and curling his fingers around Adam's. "It'll be worth it..." James said softly, nodding. "And I'll be here for you... whenever you need me." James told him, letting his eyes roam over the other's face. Taking everything in, "And you don't have to do anything you don't want to for me.

He pulled Adam's face toward him, gently, and kiss along the side of his cheeks and jaw. "What will you tell him?" James asked, still holding Adam's hand. He smiled, chuckling softly. "You can bug me whenever you want." He continued to kiss his face. "Lets go home?" He said. he was so tired, all he wanted to do now was sleep. Sleep in his bed with his pillows and his sheets, and possibly with Adam next to him.

"Of course..." James replied before catching Adam's lips with his own, referring to doing anything for him. He'd jump for him if he had to. The kiss was only brief one, James didn't want the doctor to come back in and interrupt them.

"Come on." He said quietly, standing up.
