Shadow laughed herself after Deaks reply. "I guess we could go to the pool. And whys this bout me hurting you guys? Not like I bite, course unless I have to." She joked. Shadow then dusted herself off and grabbed her dagger that was against the wall. -- Daisy giggled a bit out loud but covered her mouth as soon as she did. "Um, the p-pool? Ho -how are we going to get out of the apartment without the walkers seeing us?" She whimpered. Shadow then have her a look that said " well, looks like zombie slaying is in order" Daisy whimpered again and shuddered "B-But I could barely last in the car! How am I supposed to do THIS!" She panicked.

Deak smiled and patted Daisy's head. "Well, lets see, theres three things that car didn't have." He chuckled. ""Were here for you. Don't worry!" Deak said with confidence. He honestly wasn't to worried about this whole apocalypse thing. At least not with Zeak and shadow with him.

Zeak lightly smiled and nodded towards Daisy. "Were a family now. We protect each other no matter what the cause." He reassured the young girl. He could think of a million reasons to be worried, but that obviously wasn't on his mind right now. All he could think of was Shadow. He looked over to her, then to Deak and Daisy. Everything he needed was right in front of him.

Family? I dont know.. They're all nice and treat me like family. But im just not sure yet.. Shadow sighed and brushed herself off. "Um you guys talk about that, Im just gonna head out.." she said a bit mysteriously. Without allowing any of them to ask her where she was going, Shadow grabbed her dagger, a few cans of food and left. She was climbing and jumping across rooftops until she got to Reyes Street. Shadow sighed and climbed down the building. "Shadow, finally your here." a voice said. Shadow did a small smile and walked closer to the people. " Sorry im not on time, got a bit hung up on something. Anyway heres you food." she said giving the man a 5 cans of food. The guy frowned but took the csn from her. "It isnt what we exactly asked for but anything will do." he said a bit dissapointed. They then handed her two cans in exchsnge and a hunting rifle. "This wasnt our deal!" Shadow exclaimed. "No, our deal was TEN cans of food for 3 rifles and 4 supplies. But you only brought 5 so this is what you get. Now take it or leave it." he said. Two men came behind him and pointed thier guns at Shadow. Shadow growled and flung her dagger at the 3 men. She killed them all 10 minutes later and left before any more people came back. She put all the cans of food in her bag and took the hunting rifles. Once at the top of the roof she looked at her clothes which now had blood stains across it. "Ill just tell them I ran into some walkers.." she mumbled and headed baack without hurry (( TUN TUN TUN!!! XP Hey we needd SOME action now that im back haha))

((And this is how the pool scene commences! Can shadow meet them there? Maybe see them while they make their way?))
Zeak grabbed his gun and headed out. He waited for Deak and Daisy before fully leaving. "You guys coming?" Zeak said before checking the streets. They were pretty clear, only a few walkers here and there.

"Yeah I'm coming!" Deak also grabbed his gun and followed Zeak, making sure Daisy stayed in his sight. "Lets go." He nodded to Zeak and took Daisy's hand as they left out the door.

Shadow finally reached the apartment but saw thAt nobody was there. " Dammit they left! They're gonna get themselves killed!" She shouted. Shadow then got the idea that they already went to the pool. Shadow saw them walk into the community pool and walked in soon after them. "Guys!" She exclaimed and grabbed Daisys shoulder. ____________________ Daisy felt a hand grab her shoulder and shrieked. She turned and realized t was only Shadow. " God, you scared me.." She said softly. Daisy then saw the fresh blood stains on her shirt and some on the bottom of her pants. "W-What's that..?" She whimpered staring at the blood. Shadow has forgotten all about it and almost gasped when she realized the blood was still there. "Um.. It's nothin' Daisy, just ran into a few walkers that's a all.." Shadow said a bit unconvincingly. Daisy stared into Shadows eyes and saw right through her. "No..No you didn't! Y-You really are a mur- murderer.." She gasped and went beside Deak.

Deak turned to greet Shadow, when he too saw the blood stains. "S-shadow..." His eyes widened. He knew that wasn't walker blood. Their blood was rotten and stunk. The blood on her shirt was a fresh red. "I know your past and everything, but you can't go killing the survivors!" Deak exclaimed.

Zeak knew something like this would happen, so he simply ignored the conflict and looked around for food. He spotted a vending machine full of snacks with a crack at the top where it floated above the water. "I'm going to go get that." Zeak said a little to quiet. He approached the pool and stepped in the already murky trash filled water. A shiver went up his spine when he felt the filthy water touch his ankle. HE slowly made his way to the vending machine, when he suddenly felt something grab his leg. "What the-" He began before he was jerked under the water. Zeak couldn't see anything and managed to get back above the water. After gulping in air, Zeak froze. Five tall, bulky walkers surrounded him from all sides.

Deak turned around after hearing a splash and gasped. "Zeak!" He screamed,but there was nothing he could do. The walkers where hovered over a large pool of blood. Deak could move and his lip quivered. Even as the walkers turned to him, he could move. He stared at where his best friends blood filled the water. His eyes began to dampen.

Shadow looked at herself when Deak turned to see her too. God she really was a murderer. She looked up and saw Zeak being devoured by walkers. "No, no, no..NO!!" She screamed and ran at the walker not stopping for anything. She ran her dagger through the Walkers head and tore them apart piece by piece. Her fury died down and she looked at the dead Zeak. ______________
Daisy cries out and hugged Deak tightly and wept into his shirt. The thought of knowing Shadow was a murderer was now even worse to have watched Zeak being eaten as Shadow again killed something. "I'm so sorry... I'm so sorry.." She told Deak aaa she hugged him.

Zeak fell to his knees and held on to Daisy tightly as he tried to keep himself from bursting into tears. He lifted his head and noticed more walkers appearing out from the water. He knew they had to leave, but he couldn't get himself to do it. His best friend had just died.

Shadow looked up at the group of Walkers that were growing into a swarm. She would never forgive herself if she left Zeak to be one of them. So she ended his life as well. Second time she had to do that really crushed her heart even more. She looked back at Deak and Daisy who were holding each other from the scene. There was no time for sadness right now, Walkers were growing in the pool and their mission for more food had failed not to mention the loss of Zeak. "Let's go guys.." She said as she hurried them out of the pool. _________________ Daisy nodded slightly and didn't even take notice of the rest of the Walkers, this was a day she would never forget. Her trust in Shadow had dropped completely, now was the time to question her. Daisy even thought of brute force if she noticed Shadow lying or if she didn't answer a question. Looking back at Zeaks body, she exited the place and back to her apartment where she knew there'd be a lot of elling commit from Deak and Shadow.

Deak emotionlessly got up and followed Daisy and Shadow out. Slowly trailing behind them, he didn't mind the walkers only a few feet away. He didn't care. Deak was silent the entire way back. Not a single sound came out of his mouth as he kept his distance from Daisy and Shadow. Once they were back at the apartment, Deak just walked to a bedroom and slammed the door behind him. He laid on the bed and stared at the celling. "Screw my life..." He said quietly to himself.

Shadow wanted to say something to Deak but he shut the door. She escpicially wanted to apologize to Daisy for lying but she just shook her head and went to her room, still crying a bit. Shadow looked at herself, her bloody self. She felt the handgun in her back pocket and pulled it out. She then raised her head and pointed the gun at herself. No I can't. You can't just give up on yourself Shadow! Her conscience told her. Shadow sighed and put the gun on the kitchen counter. She went to the bathroom and looked herself in the mirror. A murderer was growing inside her. She felt sick and threw up in the toilet. "Crap! ..crap.." She muttered a bit loudly. Shadow felt dizzy and stumbled to her room. She was angry at herself and tore up everything in there. She shattered the mirror and used her dagger to tear through the wallpaper. She then sat down and hugged her knees. " I'm sorry.. I'm so sorry Zeak.." She whispered

Deak glared at the wall next to him. He could hear Shadow destroying the room. He got up and walked out of his room and to Shadow's door. He slammed open the door. "Hey! Shut up!" He yelled angrily. "Just shut up! You didn't even know him well! I've known him since I was three and you just met him! You don't know anything about him!" Deak stepped closer to Shadow as his fists tightened. As his eyes began to water he looked away from her. "Just shut up..." He said quietly.

Shadow glared as Deak had approached her in her bad mood. She looked around at the destroyed room and stared down at Deaks clenched fists. "I don't care if I had just met him. And I know he meant a lot to you but you don't get it! He was the first guy I have ever fell in love with! But no! I was too stupid to realize this would never last and that killing 3 men would affect any of this! It's because of me he was just killed..." She said realizing it was all her fault. Her bloody clothes would always remind her of the day her merciless and stupid actions caused Zeaks downfall. She grew angry again and couldn't believe Deak had just approached her like that, yelling. Shadow clenched her dagger ad held it above her head, ready to end Deak as well. She sighed and calmed herself down. She then looked at her bloody matchete to Deak. "I'm sorry I'm sorry.." She whispered. Just then Daisy had walked in to see what all the yelling was about. She had tears in her eyes when it seemed Shadow was going to end Deak as well. "It.. It's getting late.. We should all just get some rest.." She said loud enough for them to hear.

Deak grabbed the hand with the dagger in it. He pulled her as close as a few inches from his own face. "Don't you dare say that this was your fault. He obviously was the only one who didn't care if you killed survivors." Deak hissed. "This is no ones fault. No matter how much we want to blame it on our selfs." He said, remaining a firm grip on her hand, not wanting himself to be Shadow's next victim. This was the first time in a while that Deak was meaningly yelling at someone. He was surprised that he wasn't bowing down to Shadow. Before Zeak died, he would have never been able to even talk to Shadow with the slightest aggression.

Shadow was a bit surprised when Deak grabbed her hand. Instead of letting her anger out she kept it inside and breathed out. She jerked her hand away from him and looked at the two. Shadow was ready to blow now but she didnt want to. "Deak! Leave her alone! We cant turn on each other like this!" Daisy shouted bravely. "Just get out of my sight.." Shadow said quietly. She then gently pushed the two of them out and shut her door. Shadow then threw herself on her bed and fell asleep with tears forming in her eyes.

Deak punched the door angrily. "You don't know how much I want to hurt you right now." Deak took one last punch at the door, then turned to daisy. "Sorry you had to see that..." Deak sighed. "I just don't know what to do any more." He looked up to the celling.
