{Aaah, she is!
Just going through some vry srs first grade depression right now. uwu}
Rose felt a huge, first-grader-escue grin spread across her face as soon as the boy started talking. She was convinced that he was embarrassed and annoyed by her rambling and didn't want to keep talking, so when he agreed to have lunch with her, she couldn't be happier. She wouldn't have to eat alone, and might even make herself a first best friend!
"That's okay!" she piped up immediately. "I usually bring a biiiiig lunch," she explained, smiling brightly up at the silver-haired boy. He fell silent, and a strange ex
pression crossed his face. To a young girl that wasn't good at evaluating another's feelings, he honestly looked like he was constipated.
She could have jumped six feet up in the sky when he told her that he wanted to be her friend. Instead, she just practically threw herself into his tiny chest and wrapped her arms around him tightly. Before she could scare him off with the sudden embrace, she dropped her arms away from his little body.
"Thank you," she said softly, looking down at the ground and trying to avoid the embarrassment of hugging him like that. First graders did not hug. That was completely and utterly disgusting because boys had cooties.
{Do you wanna have class actually start soon? x3}
