Hurm. Since vampires will be involved, there will be violence.
Lots. And lots. Of violence.
So, perhaps, there could be a rising group of vampires who are invading a small city very discreetly- the humans don't even notice them, but they're planning an attack very soon, and drink the blood of everyone in the town until they're drained.
If that seems too odd or basic, we could just wing it like we did with our last one.

That actually sounds really cool!! I think i may make 1 twin human just so he can be turned by his brother or another vampire. If not, then both be vampires. :D

Ooc:// Okay. c:
Bic://
At first glance, you would have guessed she was a ghost, running through the woods with such grace that only a wild cat would have. Her white hair streaked behind her like a comet, and she ignored the feeling of rocks tearing into the bottoms of her feet, causing her to leave a bloody trail behind her.
She'd been having weird dreams for the past few years- it started when she began adolescence. Her parents had brushed it off, but they were suspicious, seeing as how she'd been adopted, and the social worker had told them that she had no recollection of her past- she'd just shown up at the orphanage at age six. She couldn't even remember her own name at the time.
If you looked closer, you would have noticed that she was completely unaware. She was sleepwalking. Well, more like sleepsprinting. Her red eyes were open completely, but they were glazed over, almost like she was drugged.
"No, no, no!"
She moved her mouth vividly, screaming the words- almost like a chant.
A cold sweat formed on her skin as she sprinted through the area, her warm breath forming clouds of visible mist in the frigid winter air. There was no snow on the ground, though, luckily for her.
Even so, it was well below freezing, and the girl wouldn't be alright if she stayed outside for too long. But in her sleeping state, Chase didn't notice- she just ran.
She weaved and bobbed through the trees, her unconscious mind leading her to a predetermined place.
This was not the first time that it had happened, either.
However, though she had gone over this path many times, new obstacles formed.
She was particularly unlucky that night. Her foot getting tangled in a fallen branch, she fell down in the bl ink of an eye, which shocked her out of her sleepsprinting state.
Her red eyes lost their glassy appearance, and she blinked several times before she noticed just where she was, and how much her bloodied feet hurt.
Ooc:// Her dreams will have something to do with her past later on. A plot twist for later on in the rp, you could say. c:

ooc:// alright. :3 love plot twists.
He ran along the tree branches, following a familiar path that he had worn right into teh bark of the trees. The soles of his shoes wearing and tearing the bark off the poor branches. The frigid air of this winter night was biting at his pale skinand if he could feel it, he would probably shiver. He pulled his hood over his head and came to a stop on one of the worn branches. He looked down towards the forest floor and spotted what he was looking for this whole time. She ran along the forest floor. Rocks flying up at her speed and snowywhite hair flowng behind her, whipping at the air behind her.
He hissed at started running along the branches once more. He'd run this path far too many times to count. The higher ups not wanting her to get herself into trouble after they found her. They wanted all the help they could get with what they were doing. Seeing as he was pretty loyal to them, they sent him out to keep her out of trouble. He shook his head and continued to follow her, using the cover of the clouds to hide his shadow from her. He could never tell if she was even aware she was running barefoot. He assumed all those pebbles would hurt her bare feet. He shrugged and continued to run above her, listening to her montra of "no's" and the padding of her feet against teh ground.
He paused when she ended upgetting her foot caught on a gnarled tree root that found its way to teh surface. He hissed and sat down on teh branch he had been stanbding on, watching her. She seemed to be okay, but she seemed to just sit there and look around for a little. The only thing she seemed to be doing was looking around like she just noticed where she was. He shook his head and pulled the hood closer to himself, hiding his face in shadows.

Chaston was surprised at the quietness of the forest. And how quickly it was broken by one of her pained moans.
"W.. Where am I?" She'd never gotten this far on one of her midnight running sprees. She recognized no trees, but that wasn't unusual, given that all of the trees were either some sort of fir, or a pine. She sat up, her feet aching all the way, red eyes wincing.
She tried to push herself up onto her feet, but she let out a low yelp as too much pressure was exerted on the bleeding underside of the soles of her feet, biting her lip hard to keep from full-out screaming. She'd have one hell of a story to explain to her parents when she found her way home.
If she found her way home, that was.
With the combination of woodland predators around up in the Appalachian Mountain range, which was where she was at the time, and the frigid air, she very well might die if she was left alone for too long.
She curled her arms into her long-sleeved night shirt, curling her legs up against her chest, burying her face in her knees. She was all curled up into a ball, trying to gain some warmth. The sweat that had formed on her body was chilling her to the bone, and she was frightened.
She knew that she sometimes went on 'midnight runs' as her parents would call them, but she never remembered her dreams. It was odd, but she didn't question her Ma and Pa. She would just nod and give them an apology for causing trouble. She'd been stuck in the orphanage for three years, and finally adopted at age nine, so she was grateful to have such kind parents who treated her as if she were their own flesh and blood, even though it was obvious that she was not by her features.
"Good grief, why in the hell did I get this far?" she questioned herself, beginning to realize just how much trouble she was in.
"Why...." She felt tears brimming in her eyes, and let out a short sniffle.
"No," she said, drying her tears half-heartedly. "I can't do this now. I've got to stay awake, and wait until morning. Then I'll find my way home."
She had an odd habit of saying her plans to herself. Some considered her crazy for it, but it helped her stay strong when she had nobody to speak to. Plus, when she would recite her school notes to herself as if she were speaking in a play, it helped her remember them.

He watched her from his space above her and heaved a heavy sigh. He knew he was supposed to keep an eye on her, but she was getting to be more trouble than he first thought. She seemed to be easily lost or at least easily confused by unknown surroundings. As she stopped surveying her surroundings and started to focus more on staying where she was, he knew it was a bad idea. There were people out here that could easily harm her if she wasn't ready. He huffed under his breath and stood up from where he had been sitting. If she wanted to hurt herself, he was going to have to keep her from it.
He continued to stand there, listening to her talk to no one in particular. He removed his coat, knowing she would need some warmth if she could still feel the cold of the night. He couldn't, so why bother. He jumped from where he was, landing next to her with the coat falling neatly over her. It would keep her warm, no doubt, but he wasn't sure she would accept help from those she didn't know. He looked straight ahead, not really looking down at her. His red eyes fixed on the tree ahead. "Don't panic.." His voice was fluid and firm.

As Chaston felt a warm ob ject land on her back, she suppressed a yelp. The only reason she didn't scream was because her throat was dreadfully dry from the winter air, which was stinging her lungs, and numbing her limbs.
It was then that she heard the sound of two feet lightly landing on the ground, and turned apprehensively to see a dark figure with blood-red eyes much like hers staring at a tree. The first thing that she said was not a thankyou. Nor was it a question.
"Y...you h-have r-red eyes, t-too..." She'd never seen someone other than her that had red eyes that wasn't an albino like herself. And she could see this boy's hair. It was jet-black. He was clearly not albino. The cold air caused her to stutter quite a bit.
She instinctively curled the coat around herself, taking in the scent of the fabric as she hid the majority of her face by it, only her crimson eyes and the top of her head left to be seen.
"W-who are y-you?" Her voice was muffled by the jacket over her mouth, but her words were still distinguishable.

He continued to look at the tree and kept his eyes on it until she managed to get herself a little warmer with his coat. So, she could still feel the cold and warmth of another ob ject or her surroundings. It must be annoying to be able to feel all thatwhen he normally can't, but that can't be good either because she could tell if she was in danger of freezing or whatever. He sighed and nodded slightly at her first question. He smiled slightly to himself and then closed his eyes. "Yes, I have red eyes. I have since I was pretty little... Can't remember not having them." He chuckled slightly at her second question.
He opened his ruby reds and turned his eyes toward her. He looked down at her with some slight annoyance, but it faded. So, she wanted to know who he was. He couldn't say much, but seeing as she may not even remember this. "I'm Kentaro Onihara and I'm here to make sure you get home before the sunrises." He turned his head to teh sky, noticing that teh stars were geting lighterand more transparent. He smiled and reached for her hand, gently holding his hand to her. His teeth showed a little. "Come on. Let's get ya home."

Chaston was surprised that the man didn't just disappear into thin air. She'd heard stories of crazy people imagining others to keep themselves company. Of course, Chase wasn't crazy, but others told her she was, due to some of her ramblings about her odd dreams- the ones that didn't send her on midnight running sprees.
So it seemed that the boy had been born with red eyes, just as she had. It was an interesting predicament, and it made her feel less odd. Less weird.
As he turned his blood-red eyes onto her, she felt a chill go up her back, and she immediately thought over what all could go wrong.
For one, this man could be a serious criminal. Rapist, thief, or murderer. You name it. She bit her lip.
But the prospect of him actually being there made her feel sane. She'd never seen this man before, anyways. What was he doing in the woods this late at night? He soon answered her question. He was supposed to get her home before the sun rose.
Her eyes drifted up to the sky, which had become a shade of lighter navy blue. Morning was fast approaching.
As she looked at the hand that had been extended to her, she realized that her opportunity to determine if this man was merely a figment of her imagination was right then and there. She seized it. Her slender, ghostly white hand wound around his as she tried to stand, but she just ended up falling back again, holding back a yelp.
Though her feet had hurt like hell, she'd determined that this man was real. Now came the problem of actually getting somewhere. Chase didn't weigh much, but she was sure that this guy wouldn't be able to carry her all the way home. How did he even know where she lived, anyway?
She didn't care at that moment. All she cared about was getting out of this biting cold. Jack frost was gnawing at her nose. There was no such thing as nipping out there.
"I... I can't walk."

Kentaro sighed and bent down to as.sess the damage done to the pads of her toes and soles of her feet. He gingerly took her ankle in one hand and rose her foot enough for him to see the entire bottom. He looked at her with darker eyes and then returned to her toes. He gently bent each toe, seeing that they were a bit stiff and rough, maybe from all the night runs and maybe from being outside barefoot. He put her foot down and did the same to the other, making sure all was somewhat okay.
"I see... You run a lot barefoot.. This much damage and stiffness can't come from one night alone." He huffed and stood up, muttering slightly under his breath. Something that was close to being heard as more trouble than she's worth'. He looked down ather and then to teh sky, unsure as to how much time he had left before teh sun came up and teh obsidian around his neck would start to burn slightly. He noted teh greying sky and knew there wasn'.t that much time left. He hissed and bent downa little, wrapping one arm around her shoulders adn teh other under her knees. He picked her up no problem.
"Alright then, thi'll do for now. Just... Judging by the way you're running. I'm going to guess your home is that way..." He started walking towards the way she had come, unsure as to if his hunch was right. He started to jog a little, needing to get her home before he burned. "So, tell me... Who are you? I already told you who I am." He swung her as best he could unto his back, making sure to have her legs.

When the man that Chaston had just recently met began to assess her feet, inspecting the appendages closely, she bit back a few tears. She was a tough girl, but that crap hurt. If kick came to hit, she'd let him know where the sore spots were. But she was not walking on those feet. She'd crawl if she had to, but her hands were very delicate- and small.
The pain faded slightly and was replaced with amusement as he bent her toes, reminding her of the 'this little piggy' thing that she'd seen parents do to their children- she'd never had it done to her, as far as she could remember, given that she was adopted at around age ten.
He was very observant, seeing as how he could tell that she ran barefooted a lot. Her feet were mainly accustomed to running on the rough terrain of the mountains, but sharp sticks and brambles could still penetrate even the toughest of skin.
This man also seemed to have a fascination with the sky, Chase noticed.
She was startled slightly as the man picked her up bridal style, but it was a welcome movement. She wouldn't have to walk, so she was perfectly fine with him moving her around. She pressed herself against his chest, not wanting to fall down, and found some warmth against his shirt, still wrapped in his coat.
"Yeah, my home is that way. And my name is Chaston. I go by Chase, though." She offered a small smile. Though she didn't know this guy, he seemed very kind. "I don't know how you got out here, or why you were out here, but you're helping me, so I'm thankful."

Kentaro gave a small chuckle and from a jog, went into a light run before he took a step and kicked off the ground, landing on a tree branch. Sure this wasn't the best way to get the girl home, but it would buy him some time away from the burning rays of the sun. The obsidian collar around his neck constantly reminded him of the need to stay in the shadows and out of the sun's rays. He steadied himself on the branch before he kicked off and started running along the branches, which were 'coveniently' entwined to make running along them easier. He held her a little closer. He couldn't really offer much heat, but what little he did generate could help the girl.
"You shouldn't owrry as to how i got here... Nor why... But seeing as we may have other encounters such as this, I'll just tell you a little snippit. I'm Kentaro, as I've said before, and I've been watching you whileyou ran these past nights. Higheer authority is concerned for your safetly and wellbeing."
The branches started to become more visible, making Kentaro shudder a little. The sun was already rising and the sky was lightening even more so than it already had been. He could see the dirt below was littered with sticks and pebbles and the likes. He gavea small whine, which sounded more like a pur to a human and ran faster, his shoulderlength hair whipping teh air behind him. He pulled the hood over Chase's head so her hair stays in one place.
"Do not panic as to if I may drop you. I assure you I won't." He ran until he saw he was on the edge of the forest, where he promptly dropped out of the trees and landed on the ground with barely evena dust cloud. "Do you live somewhere past here?"

Chaston kept herself as still as an undisturbed lake on a windless night, holding tight to Kentaro. He was an odd person, helping her out. He could've taken advantage of her- killed her, or worse. But instead, he helped her... She was eternally thankful.
As he ran, she noted that it was pretty freaking fast. She could still see her surroundings, but they were close to blurring as they whirred by her. Things got even more interesting as Kentaro jumped up onto a tree branch.
Though she wasn't terrified of heights, Chase sure didn't like them. She sucked in a deep breath, and bit her lip.
So she wasn't to worry about how he got there, or why he was there... But he'd been watching her? It was creepy, but reassuring at the same time. At least she would never be alone if she went on her crazy running sprees. Hm.
But who was this 'higher authority'? She hadn't a clue. But it was flattering to know that someone was watching over her- at least they cared.
Chase furrowed her brows as she heard Kentaro.... purr? Was it a purr? She wasn't sure. It was an odd noise, but it humored her. She let a small smile curve her lips, and wiggled her toes, which were numb. She was still quite cold, but she didn't mind. She was on her way home, to her warm bed, where she would curl up and get to sleep in, seeing as how it was Saturday- only in the wee hours of the morning. Nearing four o'clock.
She let her body go lax as he said that he wouldn't drop her, loosening her grip on him slightly. As he dropped from the trees, she felt a bit dizzy, and yawned with tiredness.
"I live on the edge of town. She squinted through some of the trees, finding a white shape ahead. It was a large, old, plantation-style home. She pointed at it, and smiled.
"There it is!"
