Hunter didn't know what but he had a bad feeling about the girl, like she was just messing with him and his head. Maybe it was him being paranoid but he couldn't tell for sure.

Hunter could tell something was off in her voice, like she was lying or not telling him everything. He sighed, knowing he probably would never get the whole truth out of her.
"Well since we know eachother so well." the boy said sarcastically, "I need to go."
Before waiting for her to respond Hunter left, wanting to put as much distance between them just like the dead man.

"Yea, sure." the boy replied while pulling out a plastic bag out of his pocket. It was the last of his food supplies but if she really needed it he would be happy to help. Inside the bag was a small piece of bread and a tiny wedge of cheese.
"Here, it's not much but it's all I have." Hunter said, handing her the last of his food.
