Cain breathed a sigh of relief and moved to place his arms around her, before taking slow steady breaths and closing his eyes.
Sometime later, his eyes flickered open at a sound, before he relaxed again. It was just the hiss of the wind in the night sky. What he didn't notice was the figure hovering above their camp. He feel back into a light sleep, tightening his arms around Eve and curling up around her slightly.

Darkess stifled laughter as Cain and the girl slept, wanting to both whisk them away and cause them pain. She decided to do both, as she lifted the tree with magic and put them on course for her castle, she sent occasional bolts of pain to both Cain and Eve.

Eve regained her energy rather quickly, though she enjoyed being in Cain's arms. It felt... comfortable, and comforting, and warm. She wasn't sure why she was so comfortable with all of this physical contact. Though she didn't realize it, her cheeks were a bright pink, contrasting with her pale skin.
When Cain woke slightly, then tightened his arms around her, curling around her afterwards, her cheeks got even redder. She bit her lip, but didn't notice really when the tree lifted off of the ground. It was when she felt the sensation of moving, and a shock of pain, that she let out a small yelp and noticed that the tree was slightly drifting.
"C-cain..." Maybe her voice came out a bit more seductive than she'd planned, but she murmured because she didn't want to scream startledly so close to Cain.

Cain tilted his head slightly, accidentally brushing his lips against her temple. "What?'' He murmured into her ear, carefully readjusting his arms around her as he flicked his fringe out of his eyes. He felt Storm nuzzling his way next to both o them so he shifted Eve, with deciptive ease, on top of him. Storm mewled happily as he snuggled on top of Cains chest and near Eve's face. Silent laughter vibrations went through Cain's body as he watched Storm with an amused twinkle in his eyes.

Eve involuntarily stiffened as Cain's lips brushed against her temple. Her voice was almost nonexistent after that. She gulped a lump in her throat, cheeks turning a bright red as Cain pulled her on top of him. She bit her bottom lip.
As storm cuddled beside her face, she managed to whisper, "We're moving!"
Her voice was strained, because it was hard to talk. The redness in her cheeks wa painfully obvious, and she was still biting on her bottom lip. Her hands clenched at Cain's shirt.

Cain's reaction was from instantaneous. He was tired and unfocused, so the message took a few seconds to get threw to him. "Huh? What?" He grunted, before gracefully placing her below him and rising to a stand. "What? To where?" He asked, more to himself than Eve.

Darkess clapped her hands at let a high pitched peal of laughter loose at Cain's nieve personality. Oh, this was going to be soooo fun. Especially with that Girl added in. She had plans for both of them.

The magic set them down on The stone steps at the bottom of the mountain, before pushing them up the many steps towards the formidable building.

Eve felt her cheeks turn even redder when she wa shifted so she was under him, before he stood up. She was silent, her voice not working at all for a moment. Her hair splayed around her and over the tree branches as she took a moment to calm herself down.
After a moment, she stood up, too, looking around at the new scenery. They were on a mountainside, and there were... Steps. There were steps that they were being pushed up, still on the tree.
"Cain..." She suddenly felt afraid. She had been raised in a lab all of her life, sure, but she knew that this wasn't normal. "What's going on...?" She held onto his arm.

Cain swore quietly to himself. How could he have not recognized that voice. "Eve. Come here." He said, opening the coat which he wore and beckoning her inside. "It might get a little chilly." He said, as the suddenly rose vertically for about 200 meters before they continued to climb at a diagonal angle.

Darkess clapped her hands again, letting out a girlish squeal and leaning forwards to watch them. this was going to be fun, manipulating the two of them into what she wanted them to do. She thought as she opened the downstairs doors and floated the tree inside, plonking it into the middle of the massive ballrooms floor. Darkess herself stood on the wide walkway connecting the tops of both sets of stairs, leaning against the railing facing the tree.
"Welcome, welcome, to my humble mansion." Her soft voice echoed off the walls and came across quiet seductively.

Eve was so shocked by the events that were occurring that it took her a while to actually register what Cain had said. Her cheeks were still red from their previous issue.
She was hesitant to get close to Cain again. She always felt.. Weird when she did. It was a feeling she couldn't describe. Something that felt like a mix of anxiousness and unease.
She moved forward to lean against Cain's tall frame, feeling warmer already. Her cheeks turned red again, her pulse faster than normal.
She was startled by the scenery- a big ballroom- as they were set down. The voice startled her even more, causing her to cling to Cain's shirt. It was a seductive voice, she noted. One that she didn't like too much.
