Calen watched as the girl blew him off. He reached out as she was leaving, placing a hand on her shoulder. There was something wrong, that much her could tell. "Hey, um, are you ok? Seriously?"

Imo nodded to Lynn. "My name is Imogene, but you can call me Imo. I think I will follow you." Imo fell into step with Lynn, then froze. She tugged on Lynn's sleeve. "Um, I don't know whats wrong, but I have a feeling that we are going the wrong way, juat saying."

ooc; ugg, totally braindead.

Tori removed his hand from her shoulder and turned to look at him. “Everything’s fine, seriously. I’m just running away, that’s all.” She needed to get at least that straight with him. She walked forward. “Like I said, I’m running away from here. For good.”

Kotori ran straight, knocking people out of the way though they were still completely oblivious to him. He growled deep in his throat. “Can’t believe I lost him.” He furrowed his eyes, sitting stubbornly in the middle of the road. A car speeded ahead in front of him and he ducked. “Yeesh, cities.” He glared at the people as he flew up onto a building.

Lynn looked back at Imo and smiled. “Okay, let’s go that way. But, I think we would be better off by flight so we could see everyone more easily. “Going up!” She laughed, taking flight up into the air, spreading her feathery white angel wings. “Now,” she sighed more comfortable, “Where could they have run off to?”

     Calen looked at the girl. Something was weird about her, like she could see anything she wanted, but it was slightly diffrent than that. He clapped his hands togeth, might as well be truthful.

"Well! Why don't I join you? I am actually supposed to be running as we speak, and I may be dead if I don't hurry up," Yeah right, a voice in his head said, "We could both use the company, and we could protect each others backs. What do ya say?"

Imo nodded, and took of, dropping he glamor. Ugg, all these switches were draining her. If only she could just look normal for once. If only people didn't freak out all the time. If only.... Suddenly she banked. 

"Hey! Theres the girl I tried to help! Is the boy she talking to the one you are looking for? HE looks sort of shimery, like nothing touches him." 

Tori hung her head and looked back at him. “If it’ll make you happy, why not? Let’s go before we get into trouble. Um… why are you running away again?” She looked at him nervously, wondering if she was about to escape with a criminal.

Kotori frowned and punched the wall, accidentally sending bits of brick into the wall. It was funny to see people freak out since they couldn’t see him but there was no time for goofing off. It would only make things worse if Lynn was better off than him.

   Calen ran a hand thought his hair. "Well, um, delicate subject. Lets just say that I seriously pissed someone off, and now if they catch me, I am totally dead. So, can we leave it at that? And, also, why are you running? Running to, running from, or just running?"

Imo held back for a second, but then followed Lynn. Imo couldn't help grinning as she dove down. the wind in her hair and feathers felt great, even at the bad times. Landing softly beside the boy and girl, she put up a glamour. To them and the world, she looked like a boy, slouched, and dirty. "Hey! My man! Spare me a few bucks? You know you want to!" Imo glanced at Lynn. Warning in her eyes. This is the way she worked, get into their hearts. it worked for her, but she was guessing this wasn't Lynn's strategy. 

Tori hesitated and looked up at the tomboyish girl.

“Sorry, I don’t have any money.” She turned back to the boy and began to walk a distance. She looked up at the boy, “Let’s just say that my family had some problems and they want the money my family has. I don’t have anything since my parents and little sister died yesterday in an accident. I’m running from my relatives.” She looked up at him, hoping he would understand. “Anyway, my name is Tori. What’s yours?”

Kotori looked over and saw the guy he was looking for. Next to him stood a helpless looking girl and there was his sister. He frowned and began to stomp over.

Lynn sighed and glared at him. She wanted to use her powers as Imo was doing but she didn’t want to interfere. Imo seemed to be professional at it and she wanted to see if it worked.

     Calen stared at the boy. For some reason, he felt compelled to help him. He heard the girl, now labled Tori, tlaking in the distance. Calen held up a hand to her, talling her to pause for a second. Calen walked up to the boy. "Sorry, I don't have any money either. But, I could get you food, if thats what you want." Calen glanced at Tori, making sure this was ok with her.

     Imo internally grined. Nice, her ticket in. She put her hands in front of her, begging them. "Please, I am so hungry, and if i don't get out of here now, I will probably not see tommorow. Please, I need this." Imop saw the boy try and check with the girl. Oh no, can't let that happen. Imo dorpped to her knees, grovling. "Please! This place is not safe anymore!!"

Tori took in a breath, "Do whatever you want but i'm going to walk this way. See you." She turned and began to walk in one direction, trying to blend in with the others.

Kotori froze as Lynn grabbed his shoulder, a frown and glare on his face. He laughed nervously. "Er, hi?" He tore free from her and broke into a run. Wait, what am i doing? I have to get my hands on that squirt and screw up his life! He stopped, skidded on the cement and ran past his sister, breaking out into a run as he leaped into the air. With a swift lunge, he tackled the boy to the ground, which would have looked like he fell for no reason in the eyes of a human.

Lynn looked apologetically to Imo. She didn't mean for her plans to be ruined by her stupid brother. Looking back at the two now entangled on the ground, she cracked her knuckles. "I'm going to strangle them and hang them from the ceiling by their toenails." She glared.

     Calen glanced from the boy to Tori, finally deciding to follow Tori. He started walking after her when he was tackled. He gasped, instincts took over. He was slammed to the grwnd with a violent force. Calen shoved his elbows upward, making contact. Spinning, he flipped over, pinning the attacker to the ground. Five minutes, five minutes, thats all I have. Played like amantra in his head. If he lost this in more than five minutes, it was done. He couldn't reverse time then. He grunted, and pulled back his fist to hit the boy.

     Imo dropped her glamor, turning to the normal invisable state that angels were. She sighed, looking at the two boys fighting. Turning her attention to Lynn she nodded. "Do what you must, but please don't kill them. I will look after the girl." Imo then took off, searching. When she found Tori, she dropped down beside her, adjusting her glamour into the form Tori saw her in last time them met. "Hey, was up? Mind if I walk by you?" 

Lynn scoffed and kicked Calen off of her brother then kicked her brother on the side of the head. She was mad and the anger was boiling and steaming on the inside of her.

   Imo hesitated before nodding. "Not be name, but by reputation. You should stay away from him if he means you harm. But if he wants to protect you, you might want to keep him close. He is a very good fighter." Imo wanted to put her arm around the poor girl. There was just somethign about her that made you want to take care of her. "Don't worry though, you are safe with me for the time being."

Calen death glared the angel girl. Who was she to tell him what or what not he could do? More messed up? MORE messed up? Really, who was she to be talking about more messed up? She didn;t know anything. floting around on white wings, with a sunny disposition. She didn't know anything about life on ground level, when the clouds never toughed. she didn't know what is was like to be hungry, to be lost, to be scared. She didn't know anything. Calen stuck his hands in he pockets, glared at the sky one more time, and stalked off into the shadows. 

    Imo grinned back at the girl. Imo stubbled. She was so tired. all the glamours and flying had taken a lot of energy today. If she didn't sleep soon, she would be dead on her feet. Ingroing Lynns commoent for a bit, she turned to Tori. "Hey Tori, its getting dark, do you know a good place to crash?" Then she hissed under her breath to Lynn. "Her name is Tori, I am going to take care of her for a bit, ok? She seems to be in the middle of this somehow."

Lynn watched as Tori sped ahead. She smiled and nodded. Good luck. I know you can help her. She placed a hand on Imo’s shoulder before she could go anywhere. “Until we meet again.” She turned and flew up into the sky. She would need to find her brother before all hell broke loose.

    Imo nodded. parks were safe, safer than most people thought. It was a place of children, so it naturaly resisted demonic entetys. Imo placed a hand on Tori's shoulder, and hoped that she felt her empathy. Imo got it, the little places were the most remembered. The sun was falling fast. Imo glanced around, and stopped a large tree. Teh brances spilled out, making the perfect place to sleep.Imo pointed at it, and glanced at Tori for her opinion.

 Calen hissed, but kept pouring the vodka on his wound. Brilliant him, was so pissed off, he had gotten into a fight, lasting over five minutes. Gritting his teeth, he bandaged up his side. He had gotten stabbed. Stabbed! For crying out loud!Calen relaxed his musles and sighed. He stood in a cheap hostel. he had only rented it for one night, a nightto relax, then after that blasted demon. Rubbing his eyes, he fel into one of the beds. He sighed again, and fell asleep. 

ooc; I'm just going to leave Calen out for a bit, he is bugging me.

Tori smiled and nodded her head, agreeing that it looked nice enough to retire to for the night. Walking slowly towards the area, she sat down when her location was reached and began to stroke her leopard’s fur. She sighed and lay down on the gr*censored* and looked up at the branches above. This tree was larger than it used to be. She played here often as a child. Painful memories whipped her mind and she rolled over on her side to ignore them. 

Imo climbed the tree, roosting in the branches. She fluffed out her wing, casting a glamour to hide them from Tori. She sighed, straching them out. It felt good to be in one piece, she realized. She flipped over. "Night Tori, sweet dreams." She rolled onto her side, and fell asleep.
