[[Homigosh, so sorry! I'm so scatterbrained >_<]] Tray felt someone's gaze on him and looked up. He spotted Paradise easily, she was the only one in the hallway after all, but she had already looked down so he hadn't caught her gaze. He sighed slightly and began to walk away, feeling awkward, but stopped mid-stride and turned back towards the girl slightly, watching her out of the corner of his eye. He supposed he was just lonely or maybe he was curious about what she was drawing on that sketch pad, but he really didn't want to leave just yet. |

(( its all good lol )) Paradise kept drawing, but everyonce in a while, watching Tray from the corner of her eyes. She blushed. And scooted alittle away, so he couldn't see what she was drawing. She looked up at him and smiled. Then back at her drawing. She may be to shy to say hi, but he may need a friend, so she would try her best to look friendly and nice, so maybe he could feel more comfortable.

Tray frowned slightly when she scooted away. Thinking she could sense him being different, he frowned, slightly disappointed, but his face lit up again slightly when she smiled up at him. Taking a chance, he moved over and sat down beside the girl, pulling his knees to his chest and just sitting there. He didn't even try to look at her drawing, he just stared at the wall across from them.

She stopped drawing when he sat down. She found herself putting her arm over it as she forced herself to say it. "hi.." She mumbled. She could already feel her face getting redder, and her breathing quicken.

Tray glanced at the girl when she spoke. "Hello." he said simply, looking back at the wall again. He was slightly curious as to why her face looked redder than before and her breathing was quickening. After a moment he turned his gaze back to her. "Are you ok?" he asked softly, "Are you sick or something?"

Tray frowned slightly and leaned forward onto his knees. She certainly was shy... or maybe he was already on some sort of social hit-list. He'd seen it happen before. Highschool. No matter what century you're in it's all basically the same. He decided to try a different approach. "I'm being rude, sorry. I'm Tray Code, a new student here." he introduced.

She smirked. "I'm Paradise." She looked at him, but could feel herself getting alittle umcomfortable with eye contact. So she looked back down, as she closed her sketch pad.

Tray nodded. It was a pretty name. He leaned back against the locker, making a small clunk as his back hit the metal. "Hey, look." he said dully, "If I'm bothering you or making you uncomfortable, I can leave. You just have to say the word."

Her eyes became wide as she said. "N..N.No..." She forced it out. "Sorry... i didn't mean to make you f..feel that way.." She said, feeling herself turn red, she rolled her eyes, and rubbed her forehead with her fingers. She wished she was someone else at this moment, someone that could take a normal comversation without getting nervous. She mumbled. "sorry..." As she tried a smile, to cover up her reddness.

Tray frowned again, giving Paradise a concerned look. "I don't mean to push," he said nervously, "but your face is really, really red. Even if you don't feel sick, you still might be." He hadn't really been in much contact with humans for the past century or so and he had begun to forget some more common details about human nature.

"No..i'm not sick.." She said, embarressed, she got up quickly and walked away to the bathroom, knowing some kind of emotion was going to come, and by the way her lip was quivering, she knew what emotion it was.

She wiped her tears off her cheeks, in the bathroom. People stared at her, then walked away, then started gossiping about her as they walked out of the bathroom. But she didn't care. She finally calmed down, and she finally looked like she didn't cry at all. She walked out of the bathroom, she saw him still there, she stared, not knowing what to do. She walked the other way. I could have atleast got my books, and sketch pad when i ran away. She stopped. Her sketch pad was over there. She walked over slowly, and glared at him as she quickly got her books, then walked to cl*censored*.

Tray had sensed her approaching but hadn't expected her to be glaring at him when he looked up. Had he really said something that bad. He sighed and waited a few minutes after she left before standing up and brushing some of the dirt off his backside. You never could trust human cleaning to actually be clean. He checked his schedule and shifted his near-empty backpack on his shoulder before walking to his own clas-s.

Paradise sat in the far corner of the room, next to the window. It was her favorite spot to sit at. She was the first one in clas.s and she liked it that way. As 2 other people who sat in the front usually came in, she slid in her seat, hoping they wouldn't notice her. Clas.s didn't start for another 5 to 10 minutes. So she got her sketch pad out, and drew again.

After a bit of searching, Tray finally found his clas-sroom. He pushed open the door and he groaned when he looked up. Paradise was in his clas-s?! He smacked his forehead slightly with his hand. This was already getting awkward again. He decided to just ignore her, no reason to bother her any more then he already had, and made his way to to a spot on the opposite side of the room. Hopefully he wouldn't have to deal with being in someone's seat by accident.

Paradise gave one glance to him, then turned the other way. She leaned on her left hand, to look away from him. As she kept drawing. She could feel the awkwardness the second he walked in. (( actually..can we do that? LIke a cl*censored*mate tell him he's sitting in the wrong spot so we don't get brain dead because our charries are far away from eachother...))

[[Lol sure. Like maybe some bully jock or something. You can pick xD]] Tray sighed and shook his head, pulling off his backpack and setting it on his desk to use as a pillow. He decided he wouldn't do any more talking. His fangs were a bit to noticeable when he talked too much. He really had been lucky that Paradise had barely looked at him. He hadn't been at school for even a half hour and he was already remembering why he hated school. |
