The students thinned out as the went to their individual homerooms. Bow Wielder held Holly's hand as they waited for the others. Jorrow arrived quickly but Soy was nowhere to be seen.

Eventually Soy made it to the group, busy in conversation with some random students she was befriending. Jorrow stuck his arm out and Soy walked straight into it, nearly falling over. As if a spell was broken, the other students forgot about Soy and headed off to their home rooms. No, we are good. Bow Wielder said.
Sword Master led Ebony into the basement of the tiny house. Inside the small wooden-walled room was several large glass screens attached to the wall, one of which showed a 3D map of the school and the locations of everyone. Another was showing random information about the weather, the temperature, the day and everything else in-between. Another was rapidly going through files on all of the staff that work at BlackWater, while the last-and the biggest-had an image of a golden shield outline with a golden world inside-although only the land was gold. The shield had two large wings on either side.

"I did say should see it, not could see it." Sword Master smiled. "VII Firebolt camouflage mode deactivate." Suddenly a shimmer of light de-cloaked the bike. The VII Firebolt was slick and high tech with virtually none of the bike's pipes, engine or other internal parts exposed. The bike was relatively short and quite wide, with a glass touch screen set between the two short and thick handlebars. The bike was black with a flame pattern down the side. "To think, practically every couple of years he gets a new, technologically advance super-bike and my car hasn't been upgraded or even been given a new paint job in decades."

"I knew it." Ebony said, raising her chin proudly. She then nuzzled Sword Master's shoulder. "Don't worry about it. Setiks only get an upgrade every few hundred years or so, and they work just as well. Lance has never been repainted either."

Bow Wielder reached the entrance to the science block and tried to open the door, but it wouldn't budge. He saw the card slot, took out his student ID and stuck it in the slot. There was a humming noise as the card was scanned and the big black door opened. Bow Wielder stepped inside, removing his card.
