The teacher glared at them and then looked at the stage. The stage-lighting flickered and the speakers resonated as somewhere a mic was tapped. Bow Wielder instinctively held Holly's hand tighter so she didn't panic.

Suddenly the lights dimmed and spotlights pointed at the stage. There were several dramatic smoke plumes and entrance music played. Out of the middle of the stage slowly rose Niccolo Accurso, dressed in a white tuxedo and carrying a speech. As the music reached a crescendo, all the teachers fired confetti guns they had somehow concealed-excepting the senior staff, which watched the spectacle emotionlessly. Bow Wielder noticed all the cameras were moving around rapidly, as if making sure to observe every cheering student while they were occupied. Jorrow exchanged a look with him, having also noticed it. "That is Niccolo Accurso, he is the school principal-although he used to be the owner of a multi-national business called Accurso Industries which was based in France...and as you can see, he isn't even slightly humble." Bow Wielder whispered to Holly.

Bow Wielder laughed. "Yes, yes they are." The music and effects ended and Niccolo Accurso stepped up to the front of the stage and took a mic out from his pocket.

Niccolo Accurso began to speak in to microphone. "Welcome, children, to BlackWater High, the most advanced, most secure, most educational and most entertaining school in Britain!" He spoke with a strong Italian accent and, despite his clearly bias words, relatively little emotion. "Here you will be trained in every field you choose to the highest level achievable and will receive education of the highest caliber, while also learning some...additional talents, along the way! You will be worked hard, do not think otherwise, but if you try hard enough and focus on goals, you will achieve greatness!" The teachers all began to applaud heavily and so the students joined in as well, the odd attention seeker cheering and whooping. Jorrow looked around, ignoring the clapping students and focusing on anything that looked out of the ordinary, but the building and staff all looked normal, the security cameras at the doors the only visible security.

Niccolo Accurso dropped the microphone, but thankfully had turned it off so there was no loud screech. He strutted off stage and the woman in white stepped up to the stage, a microphone headset already on her. "All students will now proceed to their home room where they will spend an hour getting to know the dos and don'ts of the school and how things function in the school."

The teachers began standing the students up and they all began heading to their pre-assigned home-rooms. "Well, that was certainly a quick introduction, can't have taken more than half-an-hour." Bow Wielder commented as he stood up. Jorrow shook his head. "Actually, it was fifty-five minutes, but you were..." He turned his gaze to Holly. "otherwise occupied, so didn't notice the time pass." Bow Wielder raised an eyebrow at Jorrow, but didn't comment as he flowed out of the massive auditorium with the other students. He though he saw some light coming out of one of the many giant glass plaques on the walls and wondered if the door cameras wasn't the only security, but was forced out before he could examine further by the tide of new pupils.
