Rosie woke up before looking around the room. Who left the oven on? She asked meowing before looking at Markus. You know if you make it any hotter Kirsty will Pas.s out from the heat. She toldhim beforelooking at Kirsty feeling her distress. Running over to her she meowed and nudged her trying to get her out of the trance knowing that it would be very back if she stayed in it for too long.

[[JESUSCHRISTIGIVEUP. -bookmarks-]] Snapping out of it, he cooled the room a little, but it was still warm, before going over to Kirsty. Saking his head, he sucked a small globe of water from the tap, cooled it down till it was ice cold, and poured it over her head. That oughta wake her up.

Rosie hissed at him. your an idiot She said watching Kirsty as she started to shake from going hot to ice cold didn't help but to put her in a stat of shock. It woke her up abit but made her looked around shaking as if she had been swiming in the ice water. Kirsty loked around the room confused as to how she got in the living room and why she was suddenly very very cold. "w-w-w-w-w-what h-h-happened?" She asked him shaking more as she looked at Rosie who was purring at her. |

Rolling his eyes, Markus warmed her back up before looking back at her face again. ''You went all weird-like, so I woke you up with some ice.'' He said, plopping himself down on the couch next to her now that she was awake. ''I doubt you'll even need the wood with my abilities, but ya never know.'' He said, his voice cheery all of a sudden.

Kirsty looked at him feeling abit warmer as she looked down. "Sorry" She said as she looked at her knees. She didn't mean to go weird on him she didn't even know how she went weird al she knew was she was deep in her mind as she learned why others didn't like her that much. It was because in some way everything was her fault.

Standing p again, Markus wandered around the room, bored, before testing out some air skills. Crossing his legs and sitting on the floor, he closed his eyes and focused, though he wasn't meditating. He floated up, and, opening his eyes, sat there grinning.

Kirsty looked up at him and rolled her eyes. "Show off" She said teasing him. She was alittle jelous that he could do alot of things she wanted to do but couldnt. She wished sometimes how she could have powers but then thought how selfish that wish would be and decided against it saything she was happy with her life and how it is.

Kirsty looked at him and sighed. "I am not like you. I can't float or make cool water shapes i cant do anything." She said to him before walking out the room. She realised that what she just said was true she couldn't do anything she didn't have a special talent, she wasn't smart she wasn't creative or good at sports. She was good at nothing.

Jumping up afterwards and grabbing her arm, he pulled her back into the warm room, out of the cold hallway. ''No, I can pour my energy into you and help you levitate.'' He said, a faint smile still evident on his lips.

Kirsty looked down at the floor. "Why waist your energy?" She asked him sadly. She knew she would fail at levertating just like she failed at everything else she ever tried. She was lucky that she cooked simple food otherwise she would of burnt the house down.

She was getting on his nerves now. He hated people who constantly thought about their failings lmost as much as he hated those who constantly thought about how they succeed.

Kirsty looked at him and nodded. "Ok" She said to him crossing her legs before looking at him. She waited to hear his instrustions to help her levitate. She figured it might be fun to try, but she hoped deep inside that she would be able to do it and kept in her mind that she could if she followed his instructions right.

Holding her hand, Markus crossed his legs too. She wouldn't need to do anything. ''Now, just do as I tell you. When you start to float, don't scream, don't cry, don't say a thing or move a muscle. It's distracting.'' He closed his eyes a moment, imagining Kirsty as a different entity connected to him. They both floated then, about two feet above the ground, and he opened his eyes.

Kirstys eyes where closed. She closed them because she knew that if she could see herself floating she would scream or move or talk and she couldn't do them so keeping her eyes closed was the best thing. She could feel herself floating and had a smile on her face but she didn't make a sound.

Markus lifted them higher, so high that if she reached up, she could touch the ceiling. ''You think this is great? Wait till you fly for real. It makes this seem like... like walking compared to running.'' He said, his shoulders etting a light touch of down as he thought of soaring through the air.

Kirsty looked at him."You know when the blizzard pas.ses you can fly around you look better then when i first found you, you know." She said to him smiling but was sad on the inside. She didn't want him to leave but know that it was selfish for her to want to keep him with her forever.
