"Tell me about it," Draco said softly. "How long have you had it?" The snake was used on Purebloods, and mixed with their magic, core and blood. He didn't know how it could affect Mudbloods.
A thought crossed his mind. He could ask his father if there was a way to get rid of it...but he wouldn't want to help a Mudblood. And anyway, he'd question why Draco was concerned enough about a Mudblood to actually do some research, and...no, that wasn't an option. The Dark Lord might find out. He'd just have to figure out something himself.
"Were you...willing at all, when you took it?"

"Since June.. and no, of course not.." Aria thought his question was quite stupid.. just a bit. She stood still for a moment and thought in silence. All of this constant thinking of this and that made her head hurt, it was just getting too busy and confusing and just plain full.

"Well," Draco replied defensively, "for it to have such power, you had to be at least the tiniest bit attracted to him." He glared at her, jealousy seeping into his core. "You were, weren't you?" His voice was accusing.

"No." she took a deep breath, "He was a foul, loathsome, vile, stupid--" Aria stopped her ranting just as she was about to curse. She stood up from the step and made her way to the tall window. She placed a hand on the cold glass and starting tracing out random shapes with her finger. "He wasn't nice okay?" she turned her head over her shoulder to face him, her face showing a look as if though some unpleasant memories had crossed her attention. "That's that." And she faced the window once more.

((Nah, it's fine. We kind of need to get back into it, anyway. I kind of got lost. xD))
"Hmm." It was clear from his tone that he didn't believe her. "If you say so." He stood up, but instead of approaching her, he went the other way. "I have homework to do. Bye." He left without another word to her.

Back in the common room, the students were silent. They were all watching Pansy and Draco, standing in the middle of the room, glaring fiercely at each other.
"You have some explaining to do, Draco," Pansy gritted out. She shot him a dark look. "You said you would." And then, unexpectedly, "You like her."
Blaise's head shot up.
"I don't," Draco replied stiffly. "She's just a filthy little Mudblood."
"Why'd you go after her then?"
"To make sure she wouldn't blab about what you and Tracey did." A dirty look was sent the girl's way, and she shrunk back.
"I can handle myself, Draco, and you know that perfectly well. You just wanted a reason to go after her." Pansy looked hurt, and Draco's eyes dawned with realisation. This was...interesting.
"I don't like her, Pansy," Draco insisted. "I'll even prove it. Come with me." He was well aware of the innuendo that comment would cause, but he didn't care. He sneered at the other students, and they all returned hurriedly to what they were doing. He lead her out of the common room and into the hallway. The last thing Draco saw before closing the portrait was Blaise glaring darkly at a wall.
"Okay, I'm going to tell you why I went after her." And, knowing he was betraying Aria's trust fully, and completely, he told her about the snake.

||Oh no he didnnnn't.. anywaysh.. since I have no idea what to post *le skip to next morning*.||
Aria woke up several times during the night-- too much cluttered thoughts and occasionally a sting on her back or two. After yet another interruption in her sleep she decided to awake herself already and get ready for her classes, which was pretty stupid in a way considering it was very early in the morning.
Once she had gotten ready, she quietly walked out of the dormitory and out of the Common Room and into the halls. It was quiet, filled with some Prefects and Head Boy/Head Girl's here and there but, all-in-all quiet. Aria decided to spend the 'free time' in the Great Hall, reading the textbooks page-by-page since she couldn't think of anything else better to do.
-
An hour had past, and finally batches of students began to fill the hallways and corridors, the Great Hall was now filled with great chatters. Aria's peachy-pale skin and pale though bright green eyes had been restored over the time but, her mood seemed so dull and depressing. The long table's began to fill with delicious breakfast foods and not once did Aria avert her attention to it. Still she had no appetite.

Pansy woke up before the others, not being able to sleep. Nightmares seeped into her mind, and insomnia kept her up. Sighing, she checked the time, and saw that it was only half an hour until breakfast.
She got dressed and walked down the stairs to the common room. It was empty, and she quietly made her way out of the portrait hole and down the corridors. Deciding that she could wait that half hour in the Great Hall, she stepped in quietly, and froze when she saw one other figure at the Slytherin table. Aria Blest.
Flashbacks of her conversation with Draco swam in her mind, and mustering all her courage, she walked purposefully to her house table and plopped herself down next to Aria. "Hi."

Aria looked up from the text. It was Pansy. 'Why was she here so early like she was?' ; was the first thought of question that popped inside her head. "Oh, it's you. What do you want Parkinson?" she asked, going back and continuing her attention onto the textbook assigned to Charms. The tone she said this in was a voice that seemed bored yet slightly defensive and suspicious at the same time.
Aria went deeper into thought. Since when was she and Pansy all buddy-buddy again? hadn't the auburn haired girl attempt to duel with her?, and didn't she she shower her with evil glares and a few threats last evening? Pansy was acting as if nothing ever had happened. Her voice was too casual and too awkward-- far from yesterday's persona.. and it seemed like Pansy knew something, something she wasn't really supposed to have knowledge on.
"--Come to bombard me with more insults, hm?" Aria finally added, flipping a page of the book.

Pansy glared at her, twirling a black lock around a finger. "No, I haven't actually. You look surprised." Her voice was dull, twinged with a hint of sarcasm. "...Draco told me something interesting last night."
Her eyes scanned the other girl, wondering where the snake was. Many of the cruder husbands often put it on their wives' breasts, to lower their dignity even further. Hopefully whoever had put it on her wasn't so monstrous as to do that.

Aria sighed and closed the thick book shut, it was distracting her too much. She observed Pansy's ex pression and tone once more before letting out another sigh. She placed her elbows on the polished table and began to rub her temples. "He told you didn't he? About it. Yes or no." Aria eventually asked. Her tone hadn't change, she was rather calm about their conversation.
This morning while she was getting dressed, Aria had thought of multiple scenarios if anyone were to question her about the snake. She had thought once during that time that Draco would tell someone about her situation sooner or later, resulting into her being prepared and so composed.
She twiddled with her fingers after her little flashback of thought and awaited on Pansy's answer.

"Yeah, he did," Pansy said coyly, blowing on her fingernails and rubbing them against her woollen vest. "I find it interesting that a mudblood like you has one. You didn't get knocked up and forced into a marriage, did you?"
Such an uncouth mudblood.

"No. Anything else you'd like to know Pansy?" Aria replied, trying to keep her language polite and clean. She afterwards glanced back at the hall's entrance at the sound of many footsteps, students began to come in for breakfast. A flood of thoughts entered her head, cluttering up her mind space. Her hand flinched, and she looked down at the table.

"Well, how did you get it then?" Pansy asked vehemently. "If you want to get it off, you'd better tell me." She saw the students entering the Great Hall, and took out her wand before muttering, "Muffliato".

Aria brainstormed for a moment, choosing her word's carefully. She'd give it to Pansy simple and short, "From a boy, a boy from Durmstrang,". She wouldn't want to give Pansy so much detail, having a sense of feeling that she might pass it onto to Draco or someone else. "Yes, now is that all or.. ?" she asked.

Pansy gave her a look that clearly said 'are you really that stupid?' "I didn't ask who you got it from, did I? I asked you how. As in, what you were doing at the time, what you two were talking about, whatever." Honestly, was it that much to ask?

Aria's head started to form an ache. "Basically it happened in June this year, at my other school. I was doing so last minute homework and he pulled me into a room. He only transfered this year to Durmstrang, like I. Doing the most instinctintcive thing to do, I asked him why he pulled me away. He didn't say anything in return and instead attempted to snog with me. Of course I didn't allow it because he's a damned bloody git and he started to threaten me. After about 10 minutes of my restraining he pushed me into a wall and there the curse flew. And so, he left." she further explained, raising an eyebrow as to ask if that was enough information.
