Colette smiled at Kevia and responded, "It's been years and I'm still saving you from trouble! Your lucky I happened to hear you shouting." She looked after the vespiquen who was flying away with the beedrill. "So, what's the deal with those bug pokemon? I've never seen beedrill and vespiquen together."

"You can blame my good friend, Ribunny's new pokemon for that." Kevia said. "The cyndaquil simply appeared with honey all over its mouth and an angry swarm on its tail." Kevia paused, and gave her old friend a friendly hug. "It really is good to see you again."

Colette hugged her back and said, "It's good to see you too! I..." She cut off her sentence as rustling came from the direction of the bushes. Two silver ears popped out of them. "No way! Is that a shimy eevee?!" Colette said in a hoarse whisper. The shiny eevee popped out of the bushes and Colette slowly beckoned to Swift. Swift flew to her shoulder and Colette whispered, "Go behind it and use Gust. Don't scare it." Swift nodded and flew off into the trees. A second later the eevee was blown backward towards Colette and Swift came shooting out of the trees. "Swift! Use Wing Attack!" Colette said. and Swift hit the eevee head on. The eevee took the hit then turned and slammed into Swift twice as hard! "Watch out fot that Counter! Now hit it with Peck!" Colette yelled. Swift got up into the air and dove at the eevee making it fall to the ground trying to get up. "Perfect! Now..." Colette said reaching into her pockets, "GO PLATINUMBALL!" She threw the Platinumball at the eevee and in a flash he was in it. It rocked for a bit... Then finally there was a loud click! "YES!!! I CAUGHT THE SHINY EEVEE!" She shouted joyfully and ran over to pick up the platinumball. "Your name shall be... Cory!" She said and turned and gave Swift a hug. "You can rest on my shoulder now." She said and Swift flew onto her shoulder. "How was that?" She turned and asked Kevi.

Jackie blinked, then looked down to the Eevee she held. "I suddenly feel very lucky." she said with a laugh. The Eevee cried out. She sounded very happy. Enigma bounded out of Jackie's arms and pelted after Anaya, as if it was a game. "Wait, Enigma! Come back!" Jackie yelled. But she was still laughing. "Go! Skipper! And don't hurt the poor thing, she just hatched". Skipper made an Aron noise and, as fast as he could go on his stubby little legs, gave chase. Skipper used Metal Claw, as gently as he could. Which was not very gentle. Enigma squeaked, and turned. She Tackled Skipper, but that barely did a thing. Jackie threw her Platinum ball. It sailed through the air, and landed squarely on Enigma's forehead. The Eevee squealed, and in she went...

Colette flinched under the barrage of accusations. Swift twittered angrily at the Raichu. "It's alright Swift. I did kinda steal it from her." Colette said soothingly. Swift ruffled his feathers and turned his back on them. "I'm sorry about catching your pokemon. I've never seen a shiny before and I kinda got carried away. I'm also sorry about Swift. He doesn't usually act like this unless you really irritate him. I'm Colette it's nice to meet you Cricket." Colette apologized  shaking Cricket's hand while Swift glared at the Riachu. "You already have a shiny?" She said trying to get rid of the tension in the air that radiatied from everywhere.

  "Yep," Cricket grinned. She grabbed one of her pokeballs and sent the pokemon out. It was a white an black sandshrew, and a very shy one at that.  It curled up into a ball and whimpered. 'shrew, shrew, shrew'.
  "This is Shinee," Cricket said, while trying to coax the sandshrew out of his curled position. "he was quitehard to catch, actually. He has very sensitive ears, so every time one of my pokemon tried to grab him he'd dig into the ground and disappear. C'mon, Shinee," Cricket said soothingly. "please come out?"
  The reluctant Shinee finally uncurled. He grabbed Cricket's leg and snuggled close to it. Now that it had uncurled, you could see it was whit, with red eyes, and black legs, paws, and claws.
  "Takes him a while to get used to new people. Can I see your team? Then I'll show you mine."

"Now wait just a minute!" Kevia yelled hotly, putting her hands on her hips. She barely heard anything Cricket had said after 'you stole it from me!'. "There is no way that pokemon was yours! It is just plain dirty to sneak up on an unsuspecting pokemon to catch it, and if you had wanted it you would have come out of the bushes and took it yourself!" she snapped. "I do not see your name on the eevee, so you can apologise to Colette this instant!"

 Ribunny ran to Kevia in her weird gallop-like run that she liked to do, smiling widely.  "Kevia!  I caught the Cynda- Oh where did all these people come from."  She stared wide eyed at the new people, taking a little half step back.

((Ahhhh, the good old days! When Kevia was Kevi, our pokemon weren't viciously destroyed, and when we had at least one boy in the story. XD I also noticed that Colette acts differently to Kevia. Maybe because she is like Colette's sister.))

Colette rolled her eyes at Kevia and said, "Looks like ,you haven't changed a bit since a last saw you." She flashed Kevia a teasing smile. "My team?" She said looking slightly downtrodden. "Oh.... Well.... You see.... I..." She stuttered trying to phrase it but got cut off by another girl bursting into the clearing. 'Kevia!  I caught the Cynda- Oh where did all these people come from.' Colette smiled at her and said, "You must be the girl Kevia went on her journey with when she left the city we grew up in. I'm Colette."

((She's still the same, I just don't like the name Kevi as much anymore. Too masculine.))

Kevia growled at Cricket, not content, but she could think of no better argument to make. "My name is Kevia," she said, crossing her arms. By no means would she shake hands with the offender. She looked up and smiled with relief at Ribunny's appearance. "Ribunny! It's about time you showed up. The capture went well then. This is Colette, we were good friends before we were -eh- seperated." Kevia glanced sideways at Cricket with obvious disdain, "And that one calls herself 'Cricket'," she said, quieter.
