He looked back at her" My name is Alexander and i am a panther demon,and you are?"He asked politely. Although he didnt totally trust humans it was better to be nice and maybe live another day then attack one and have the possibility of dieing. |

He saw her take another step back "Pleasure" he said turning his head back to the trmbling fox in his grasps. "Stop shaking" he commanded in annoyance and the fox was still. "Now, im not gonna hurt you, if i were i would have done it already. But you need to get out of my territory and stay away from other demons territories because they will not hesitate to kill you, understand?" the fox gave a small nod. He placed it down gently and the fox went back to Lilly, nuzzled her leg in appreciation and scurried off.

Lilly smiled at thefox as it nuzzled her it felt warm but frowned a little when it had left .She watched it leave "Bye"she said as she saw it dissapear into the bushes ........Now I'm alone with a demon she thought .......is that a good thing?.

He straightened and looked back at Lilly. He flickered his tail up towards him and took out a thorn. He flicked it and turned looking over his shoulder "The same goes for you human. If i wanted to hurt you i would of done so already." he turned his head back and his panther like feet clawed some of the ground as he started to walk away.

He stopped and turned around fully "Forgive me, Lilly i didnt mean to affend you."He retorted. She was amusing to him in some way. It wouldnt hurt to use her name.

He looked slightly shocked at her question. No human ever asked him that before in his life. "Being a demon isnt all bad unless you have humans hunting you down. Some have to worry about there parents trying to kill them after they are born or old enough to walk like i did. We always have to fight for territory and protect whats ours. Its a hard life and every new breath is a gift. Its kill or be killed in the demon world but i dont necessarily follow that rule." he replied.

He gave a small smirk"Dont worry about it its sort of natural really. My life has its ups and downs but i enjoy it just the same. i was almost killed by my mother because of blood. But i am lucky to have gotten away. Things happen for a reason Lilly.Only the strongest and fittest will survive. I didnt take that foxes life because it wasnt in my nature. It still has alot to learn and its still young as well. Im not as heartless as i may seem."

Lilly smiled "Well first off you always feel helpless like you can't do anything to stop whats happening ,you always feel like someones watching you ,you try your hardest not to go out at night in fear of being slaughtered "She shrugged "there are good things to like compeating in games and things like that but then every specices dose that right?"she said with a small laugh "we live ,we learn ,we hunt ,we fall in love ,we die "She said "That pretty much sums it up for humans "

He rose an eyebrow at the word love. He didnt know what it meant and he was sure he never experienced it before but maybe he had. "Love? what on earth is that. A diesease?" he asked. He never heard of someone 'falling in love' before.

She let out a small laugh and shook her head "Some would call love a diedease "she said "but it's not really ....... how can I explain this?...ummm.......Love is a feeling that anyone can have about someone or something "she said "there is also two types of love there is true love which is when you would do anything for the person you are in love with ,and there is another type of love when you really mean you like someone or somthing alot say .......... flowers for instance I could say I really Love flowers or I could say I really like flowers "she said "any questions?"

He rose an eyebrow "So you humans share this....emotion with each other?" he asked. He pondered this meaning of love in his head. Why have a definition of it? you could express it instead of saying it. Now he was truly certain he never heard of that emotion before. He wondered if he would ever experience this emotion called Love. It fascinated him in a way.

"Well in a way yes "she said "but anyone can fall in love it really depeneds on the person .For instance someone could say that they love you but infact you don't feel the same way about them ."she said as a dandylion seed drifted in the wind she watched it and said "and then there are times when it all feels right and you feel as though you're floating on air ,drifting with the wind"
