"Hey. I'm adam. Nice meeting ya'll," Adam offered to them. He turned to address the Lyle character first. "Wind ability. Nothing special." Turning to the second guy, Kenyan he added "No gay or Emo on my part so I think we'll get along fine."

Adam knew he wasn't good with new people but he did his best to put on a smile, though he didn't show any teeth. He looked over at Kenyan's tree and Lyle's belongings the supposed he should get ssome of his stuff out as well. Pulling the duffell back out from under the bed he began to dig through it.

With a smile, Adam pulled out two pair of kicks. One pair Osiris skate shoes, brand new with no scratches and the second pair Jordan's that had been worn but you could hardly tell. Satisfied with his shoes, he lined them up along the foot of his bed then resumed his rummaging.

Out next came CD's. With the likes of Mayday Parade and Forever The Sickest Kids within the mix of albums he had probably 20 cases in his bag. In an unorderly manner, he set them on the bookshelf and determined that he had given his roomates enough to take in amongst his stuff. With a final smile his zipped his bag up and shoved it back under the bed.

Cassie looked at Morgana and she stood up. "Oh don't worry I can talk to animals and hear what they're thinking so it's ok. by the way I'm Cassie. It's really nice to meet you. I'm glad I got a roomate because I get lonely sometimes and I love having people to talk too.", she rambled. she walked back over to her bed and pulled out her comforter and fixed it up and put her pillows up and her teddy bear, from her Brother. She slid her bags up under her bed and decided to go for a walk around campus. " I'm gonna take my key and go walking around. would you like a coffee Morgana ?", she smiled.

"Thanks for the offer Lyle, but I think I'm gonna get my sugar fix some other way. Some ice cream or somthing. I dunno. I'm just gonna uh... Look around." Adam said and got up awkwardly slipping the pair of Nike Airs that he had warn in back on and grabbed his key then left.

After leaving the dorm house Adam looked around. "God this campus is huge!" He exclaimed and searched for the closest place to get a sugar fix. Before long, a little coffee shop caught his eye. 'What better than caffine to get you revved up?' Adam thought. Making his way to the door he hoped there would be some live music in the shop.

Cassie walks down the hall smiling at all the other girls and looks for a coffee shop with music in it. She walks down and out the door of the dorms building and rounds the corner. "Oh wow it's so close !", she exclaims. She walks clamly over to the door and the smell of coffee and the sound of NeverShoutNever filsl the air. She smiles widely and pushes her hair behind her right ear. she goes over and checks out MayDay Parade's new album and all the alternative rock bands music.

"What a nifty little shop," Adam thought out loud and ruffled his hair into place. Soon he had ordered himself a mocha and settled down at a little table rapping his finger against the wooden table-top along to the beat of the music.  It didn't take much to please Adam, and this definately pleased him.

Yawning, he took a swig of the mocha and swallowed it down. "I really gotta wake up," he murmured to himself once more and rubbed his eyes. It didn't take long for him to realize that there were no lights in the whole shop, just windows. Quickly, Adam decided this was gonna be his hang out spot when he needed to get away.

Cassie flipped through the music slowly and smiled. she walked up to the counter and ordered her favorite. " Can i get a white chocolate mocha Frapp please? ", she smiled. She payed the guy and turned around to find a seat. She gasped a bit as she turned and saw the guy sitting directly in front of her by the window. She closed her mouth a bit and blushed, playing with her hair. she bravely walked over and stood in front of the chair acroos from him. "do you mind...If I sit here ?", she asked. She looked at him smiling and blushing at the same time.

Adam looked up and saw the girl standing there. He was taken aback by her request but he shrugged anyways and said "Aight, yeah sure. Why not? I'm Adam. And you are?" he asked. Still slightly shocked by her bravery, he just laid back and played it cool.

Things like acting cool never seemed to come difficultly to Adam even though he was actually really shy and dorky on the inside. He alway just assumed that it had something to do with him being so big but he honestly had no idea the real reason. Knowing his cool cat act was working, he waiting for her response.

"hmmm...I know you. That suav, sohpisticated, cool laid-back act. You remind me of my brother.", she giggled. "My name is Cassie.", she proclaimed, smiling. She reached out her hand and grabbed his, a little spark lit her eyes up quickly. she sat down and pulled out the new MayDay Parade album and checked it out quietly to herself.

She looked up at him a few times and noticed him looking at the CD as well. "Do you want to check it out ? I just bought it. Thought it'd be good to listen to during my spare time. This is a cool little place to hang out, plus it's kinda quiet and quaint.", she smiled.

Adam just laughed slightly and shook her hand. "I already own the album, thanks. Good band, huh?" He asked and took another sip of his drink. "Yeah this is a nice little place, I'm glad I found it. Only thing that could make it better is some live music. That would be awesome."

As Adam sat and studied this new girl he found himself seeing that he could let his gaurd down a little bit. She seemed friendly enough. 'no. Don't let yourself be vaunerable.' he thought to himself then pushed all his previous thoughts away and took another drink of his coffee.

Adam laughed for the first time in a long time. He had never seen a teenaged girl act like a toddler until now and it amused him. Sipping his drink he replied to her first statement. "You saw them live? I bet the guitar sounds sick in concert," he suggested and shrugged.

Another yawn tried to force it's way out of his mouth but the last thing Adam wanted was to be tired. He had finished nearly half his caffine fix and was hoping he'd get a little kick soon. He had been at this new school for roughly 2 hours and he had already made 3 aquinatences. That was more socialization that he could say he had honestly ever had.

"Ah, original type of guy, very nice," Lyle said, noting to the way Kenyan ate his oreo. Instantly afterwards, Lyle dipped his oreo into the Peanut Butter, scarfing it down. The teen licked his lips and smiled. "Damn that's good!"

"And all we need is fire..." Lyle added with a small laugh. Then, Kenyan started to mess with his Bonsai tree. "That's so cool," Lyle said, quite amazed. His powers were just weak right now, soon to improve though! Lyle's eyes were wide, and glossy with excitement. He just loved watching others use their powers. 

"Can you just control plants, or do you also control the dirt and stuff as well?"

((.... I can so see Lyle being gay. ;-; How sad is that! -He's not gay- xD)) 

Adam figured the second girl coming in was his cue to leave before things got awkward. "Well uh, Cassie, it was nice meeting you. I gotta be going now," he said to her to bid farewell. Not hesitating one moment he grabbed his coffee, gave a little wave with one hand and headed out. He stopped at a little music shop and paid a fair amount of money for an acoustic guitar, then he started for his dorm.

When Adam arrived at his dorm he walked in carrying the guitar and nodded a greeting to his roomate. Calmly, he sat his guitar case in the space between the foot of his bed and the bookshelf. Afterward, he resumed sitting on his bed and finished off his mocha. "Hey guys. What's up.?" He asked hoping he wasn't interuppting.
