Name: Ichiban Tokado
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Personality: Ichiban is a lone wolf, so to speak. He likes being in quiet, peaceful places where he can observe the scenery around him. His tone is calm and soft, and he has an almost soothing aura about him. He's very much the big-brother type, and will do anything for his twin brother. Oh, and he loves wolves. 8D Ichiban is also the more...artistic of the twins. Ever since he was five, he'd sit outside and draw what he's seen and over the years he's grown to be an exceptional artist. He's worked with multiple mediums, but his favorite one to use is colored pencils and paints.

Personality: He's the more outgoing of the twins, but he tends to be shy around people he doesn't know. He's quick to open up and he tends to be a bit more childish than Ichiban. He loves snakes for some weird reason and he's often seen with some kind of snake with him. He's also very musical and will burst out into song if he gets excited enough.

It was a perfect day for a walk in the park. Spring in the upper mid-west, an ideal seventy-five degrees, the sun bright overhead with a gentle breeze blowing. The grass was emerald, and the sky was clear. It was peaceful and relaxing. Mostly.

The twins strolled along the path, matching their steps, finding some rhythm that had been theirs alone since birth. Their voiceswere raised in perfect harmony, some wordless melody that they were creating on the spot. A light lit their faces from with, a shared joy that had no source apart from their nearness to one another.

They both wore the sam outfit of skinny jeans and a plain white shirt with red sneakers. Externally, the only noticeable difference was the slight swell of Nai Young's chest, and even that was well hidden by the baggy nature of her shirt. Both were petite, standing about 5'5 with slender frames. They had both chosen to bleach their hair, going from rich black to platinum blond.

With matching sets of deep brown eyes the two took in their surroundings, smiling warmly and linking arms.

Another pair of twins strolled through the park, one carrying a sketchbook and lacing hands with one who was carrying a notebook. They glanced at eachother and smiled gently, dark eyes meeting before the smaller male, the one with the slightly lighter brown eyes and messier-looking hair, started to vocalize something.

The slightly taller male seated himself on the nearest bench, pulling out his sketchbook and glancing up at his brother before he started drawing, sketching out his twin as he sang a lyricless tune of his own creation then he made up many moons ago. He flicked his hair out of his face, grinning over at his brother when he saw that he was drawing him.

The twin who was drawing glanced up again, then paused when he heard another melody being sung, this one with two parts. He tilted his head, watching as two platinum-blond people walked through the park.

He stood up, grabbing his brother's hand as he moved over. They looked so much alike...were they twins, like he and his brother were?

Ichono blushed slightly at the compliment he received, rubbing the back of his neck. "Ichi-chan has been drawing since we were five." He smiled, then turned to the other twin, who seemed less eager to talk to them, and smiled, waving his hand a bit. "Konbanwa," he greeted, a distinct Japanese accent present in his voice.

Ichiban stood up and bowed slightly in greeting, a slight, polite smile gracing his lips. "Good evening, and thank you for the compliment. I like to sketch my surroundings, while my brother likes to sing," he explained, looking to his brother who looked at him at the same time and smiled gently. "As you can see, we're not identical, but it's still enough for people to confuse us," he said, laughing softly. He had a slightly less distinct accent, seeing as he'd studied English for a while so he could move tot he States to become a professional artist.

"My name is Ichiban Tokado, and this is my twin brother, Ichono Takado," he said, bowing in that same formal manner he had. He gave the identical twins a warm smile, holding out his sketchbook. "If you'd like, you can look through it."

Ichono blushed a little darker, giving a flustered little chuckle before he held up his notebook, which was full of songs he had written and even added music to. He tilted his head, offering it ot the girl. "Would you like to see the songs I've written...?" he asked softly, his brown eyes curious.

Ichidan glanced up when he heard his twin offer his notebook to the female twin, smmiling slightly. That was new...he was usually too self-concious to share his works with anyone but him. He had to say he was proud of the smaller male. Then he looked back over to the male twin, looking over his shoulder to see what he was looking at. Then he smiled gently, letting out a soft laught. "Those are just my pencil works. I have my others at home because I tend to work on a large canvas when I'm using my paints," he told the other male, his dark, almost black, eyes lifting up to his face. "I've also used several other mediums, such as charcoal, pastels, watercolors, and even fruit juices for when I'm without anything else,"he explained.

Then he stretched out his arms, adjusting his position to get more comfortable. "I also tend to focus on different things when I use different mediums... With pencil sketches I focus on people and animals more, and with paints and watercolors I tend to do more landscapes than anything else."

Ichono smiled slightly, then blinked in surprise when he heard the girl start to sing one of his songs. Recognizing exactly which one it was, he closed his eyes to continue where she left off, using the tune he had already heard to create one of his own for the rest of the song, slowly opening his eyes back up once he got going again. When Nai complimented him again, he stopped, then blinked again. "You...really think they're good...?" he asked softly, an almost innocently hopeful look rising to his cute brown eyes. He then smiled, tilting his head slightly. "A-arigatou gozaimasu!" he chirped.

Ichiban grinned, moving to look over his shoulder again. "When you sketch what you've seen, you have to take great care or you'll find that you've lost a precious memory," he said rather fondly, blinking once before he decided to stand up and look around, even glancing up at the sky. "I could show you a few of my works later today if you'd like. What kind of scenery do you like?" he asked, looking down at the other male curiously. "I might even be able to do something for you and your sister."

She nodded emphatically, having been totally blown away by his voice. It made something rise up inside her, eyes misting over a little. At the ex
pression on her face Chunji gawked, his jaw hanging open. Her face just blossomed, a light shining through that she had always reserved for Twin Time. In seconds she'd gone from nonchalant tomboy to the pretty girl he always knew was under that mask. She even giggled, a very un-Nai sound. "I don't think, babo! I know." She casually tossed the slang for 'silly' out, like it was an ev every day thing. he was even showing her dimples.

Chunji went a little quiet after that, taking in Ichiban's offer. He didn't seem like the kind of person to do so without real reason. That made this a very special thing, considering that they just met. Again Chunji's ex
pression softened, and he gave a little mini-bow. "I would be honored. Really, though, i would just like to see you doing something that you love. I think that the most beautiful thing is seeing someone in the middle of something they're passionate about. That alone would be worth a fortune." His smile turned tender, mouth pulling up just a little in the corners.

Ichono smiled, wide and rather...joyous. He reached out to take one of her hands, looking like a kid who had just gotten what he had always wanted for Christmas. "Then...then would you like to see my other notebooks?" he asked, his brown eyes lit up with a spark that Ichiban just knew his brother had. The smaller twin seemed ready to jump for joy, and he was even bouncing on his toes, eager to see what the girl would think of them.

Ichiban smiled, nodding. "Good answer, yujin," he said rather happily as he stretched out again. He hoped the other male knew that yujin meant friend and that it wasn't in any way an insult. "Shall we go to my house now so I can show you my works?" he asked gently, bowing with another polite smile. "I'm also very glad that your sister and my brother have been able to get along. He's a quiet boy and I'm quite surprised that he allowed your sister to see his songs. He's never done that before," he said, straightening back up.

At the contact Nai Young blushed, unfolding herself and rising automatically. Again she bit her lip softly, just enough to keep herself from saying anything stupid, which was, in her mind, a definite issue. "I would love to. I am prepared to be mazed, maestro." The word kind of fumbled in her accent, yet she managed to make it understandable. Interally she beat herself over not working on losing it, on not being able to say such easy words correctly. Her outward appearance remained friendly and light, though a brief shadow passed over her dark chocolate eyes.

Chunji stood as well, his stomach tingling. That Ichiban was already thinking of him as a friend was perfect. And again with the stretching... Chunji tore his yes away, once more a delicate rose coloring his cheeks. "That would be wonderful, thank you." He turned his attention to Nai and Ichono, and the blush faded, replaced by a proud smile. "I know. I've never seen Nai Young quite this flustered. She even giggled. My little jeonsa, finally acting like a girl. She's so... sonyeon-ui, so boyish." Chunji did a little stretching himself, suddenly realizing that his back had needed popped.

Ichono seeemd to brighten up even more at her response, then looked back at hsi brother with a wide grin, looking like he was about to explode happiness or something. This made Ichiban smile, warm and gentle; he'd never seen his brother looking so happy. He nodded and Ichono nodded back, already starting off towards their house. He didn't think he'd ever been quite this happy around anyone but his brother! He looked over his shoulder Nai Young, obviouslyy not caring about her accent, seeing as he couldn't even say the letter 'L'. It was quite literally physically impossible for him.

Ichiban smiled gently, chuckling aoftly. "I've never seen Ichono this excited before. He's really eager to show her what he's done over the years," he said, watching his and Chunji's siblings interact. He then started following after his brother. He hummed softly, a tune he'd found in his brother's notebook with a bit added to it by Ichiban himself. "By the way, you can call me Ichi if you'd like. I actually prefer it," he told him, grinning slightly.

'He's still holding my hand.' Nai smiled at the thought, then again at the joy written plain on Ichono's face. It was a weird feeling for her. She'd always been the boyish kid. Chunji had taken to calling her jeonsa, warrior. She was always picking fights and beating the boys at their school at everything. And now here she was, all blushy and girly, feeling at last more like a gongju, a princess. She cherished that feeling, sighing into it as she allowed herself to be led rather than leading.

The transformation was incredible. "Nai seems just as eager to hear it. She can't write lyrics very well, but the tunes come as naturally to her as they seem to do with your Ichono. I think that once we reach your home, the two of them wll forget we exist." He walked with Ichiban as he spoke, laughing a little. "Well, since you have given me permission to use your nickname, you may call me Chun as Nai Young does." He scuffed at the ground with his shoes, grinning up at Ichi.

It didn't take long for the two sets of twins to reach the Takado home. Ichono paused at the door to slip off his shoes, a natural thing, then take a few steps forward after he finally released Nai Young's hand. He grinned eagerly, the smaller of the male twins lightly bouncing on our toes. "Oh..um... The shoe thing is a custom we just can't seem to get rid of..." Ichono explained, rubbing the back of his neck. "It's from the Shinto cleanliness thing and out of respect for the home."

Ichiban chuckled softly, slipping out of his shoes as well once they were inside. "We have seperate rooms here anyways because we have different hobbies. I keep my sketchbooks in my room, and I have a different room that I paint it," he said before he ventured to the second floor to grab a random painting and come back down. "This one's an oil-based painting of the ocean view from back home. If you look closely enough, you can actually see the coast of Japan on the horizon. I painted this when we first came to America because I was pretty homesick at that point in time."

She giggled, nodding politely at Ichono. "We do it in Korea too, babo. Thank you for informing me, though. I know not everyone keeps the habits they learned at home here in the States." Her high-tops slipped off easily, and she gave a little bow as she stepped into the house barefoot. "Thank you for inviting me here." Chunji mirrored both the removal of the shoes and the bow, smiling at his sister. When they moved to seperate he touched her hand gently, and for a moment he saw past all of her boyish style and toughness, remembering her as when they were little. They met eyes and gave matching smiles, then turned away from each other. Nai took a moment to look around before meeting Ichono's gaze again. "So, where will we start?"

His eyes lit up, and he reached out as if to touch the painting. The colors, the delicate paintbrush strokes, the loving care with which the painting was obviously made with. Awe was etched across his face, his hand tracing the air over the waves. "This..." His voice was hushed, as if he thought that breathing too hard would ruin it. "It's beautiful. Really." Looking up into Ichi's eyes, Chun clasped his hands over his chest. "You are increbible."
