He growled even more. Even though he was across the clearing he could hear just fine. -Why's she so friendly with that jerk?- He wondered. If I had my wish they all would not be here.

"Jazz! Oh Jazz! How long has it been? Oh, I missed you so much!" He exclaimed as he started licking my face. Devillin snarked at him as he ran up to me, shoving me back to get between me and Kineer.

He glared at Kineer. "What are you doing here and why are you so lovey dovey with, Jazz?" He was growling darkly now, his hackles up, teeth still bared in a feral snarl.

I looked at them. "You two know each other? How?" I asked him. Kineer was still looking at me. I got in between Kineer and Devillin, stairing at them both. Kineer was looking at me, Devillin was growling at Kineer. Kineer's pack was getting inot attack positions, all looking at Devillin.

He growled at them, moving into attack position as well. He did not say anything, knowing that if he did he would lose control. If he lost control, he had learned that his attacks became sporadic, with no control. He wondered though if he should lose it, but the only thing that kept him from that is that, him losing control was what had cost him being in the pack.

"Jazz, He's my brother." He said, his eyes flickered to Devillin. "Your WHAT?" I said, staggering back. Devillin snarled. "You tried to kill him?" I asked Devillin. I saw his flicker to me for the smallest fraction of a second.

He looked at his brother and the rest of the pack. "Yeah...What of it? They were the ones who blamed me for my mother's death." He hissed, getting angrier by the minute.

"I loved him!" I told Devillin. At this he lunged at his brother, pinning him down. The other wolves tried to attack but I fended them off, throwing many ofthem across the feild.

"ANSWER ME!" He practically screamed at his brother, the tears just pouring down his face. "Why?" His head and tail drooped and he got off his brother and looked away...away from him, from the pack and from Jazz. He was ashamed for crying...for showing his feelings.

Kineer walked over to me and started licking my face. "Jazz? Jazz? Jazz, are you okay?" He asked franticaly. "Leave me alone!" I shouted at him. I ran over to devillin. "I'm sorry Devillin. I'm so sorry!" I told him, trying to confort him.

He shook his head. "It's not your fault...It's all the feelings I've kept...locked up all these years. It has nothing to do with you. It has to do with my brother, my father, and my father's pack." The tears continued to slowly roll down his face, as he forced himself to cry silently and not out loud, because he didn't want them to see and hear his weakness.
