[[I'm having issues eddithing my first bio]] Name: Olavi Njord Nickname: n/a Gender: Male Age: 17 Appearance: Personality: Olavi is reserved and tries to keep most of his emotion. Tries is the key word here. When you get him pissed, you better look out! No, seriously, it's hilarious, you should go and grab some popcorn. Usually he tries to attack you and make rude commits about you that sound quite pitiful. After that, he will run away and cry in a corner somewhere. Olavi doesn't exactly need attention, but he does need human, or at least semi-human, contact. As in, he needs someone to order him around because he's lazy and protect him because he's week. History: Olavi was born in Finland on October 24th into a semi-rich family. He was a pretty obedient child in the day, but at night he would sneak out and do stupid teenage stuff. He continued like this until he was fifteen, his older brother offered to take him away. He agreed and moved out [ran away flailing] and hoped that he would never have to see his family again. Crush: None, open.... Boyfriend/girlfriend/significant other: None Other: He's homosexual
Name: Abril Zinks Nickname: n/a Gender: Female Age: 22 Appearance: This picture. Personality: Abril is one of those 'Save the ocean!' kind of girls. She loves the water and fish, so it's no surprise that she works at an aquarium. She's happy-go-lucky and fun-loving most of the time, but she has a serious side like everyone else. History: Was born from her mother, did average in school, moved out when she was eighteen, almost went to jail for stealing fish from a pet store and then releasing them, got a job at a aquarium, got kidnapped, and is now in some strange house. Crush: none, open Boyfriend/girlfriend/significant other: none

Bio Skeleton: Name: Arashi Miyamoto Nickname: Goes by his last name except to his family and friends. Gender: Male Age: 19 Appearance:
Personality: To most, Arashi seems serious, polite, and rather uptight, even dark at some points. He's a bit on the quiet side and doesn't trust people easily, but once you earn his trust, he's quick to open up to you. To his friends and family, Arashi is extremely loyal, willing to do anything for them even at the risk of his own life. He's not nearly as uptight and serious around his friends. He's almost playful and quite friendly, although he still remails polite. His English isn't perfect, so despite being extremely intelligent, he can seem slow at times. And when he gets worked up, whether in anger or excitement, he'll usually start babbling in Japanese, and when he does get excited or is presented with a challenge, he gets a bit cocky. His determination makes him hard to bring down. History: Arashi was born in Japan as the third son of a rather famous and well respected man. However, not everyone loved his father and Arashi soon became the target of some people wishing to take down his father or spite him in some way or another. Japan no longer became safe for Arashi, so Arashi was sent to live with family friends in America. He ended up with Cyrus's family in middle school. Long story short, Arashi didn't get along well with Cyrus at first, but they eventually bonded and are now very close. When he and Cyrus were drugged and kidnapped, they were on their way home from a local dojo where Arashi practiced with his katana. Therefore, he still has it with him. He's been practicing with it for many, many years, and is quite skilled with it. He's also trained in martial arts. Crush: Olavi Njord, possibly? Boyfriend/girlfriend/significant other: None, at the moment. Other: He's bisexual and speaks both English and Japanese, Japanese being his first language. Bio Skeleton: Name: Cyrus Callahan Nickname: Cy/Cy-kun by Arashi. Gender: Male Age: 17 Appearance:
Personality: Cyrus is a bit of a punk and is hard to approach. He tries to be different and wants to stand out, which is why he dyes his hair silver and has his ears pierced. A bit antisocial, he usually stays quiet and keeps to himself unless he feels he absolutely must speak his mind on something. He doesn't filter his words, and he's not afraid to tell someone they're being a jerk even if they're twice his size. He stands up for what he believes in, and he's too stubborn to let anything keep him down. Sadly, this has gotten him into a lot of trouble, whether it be with his school or with people he's pissed off a bit too much. He's been in more than his fair share of brawls and despite his small, almost feminine frame, he's quite strong. Arashi seems to be the only one he gets along with. History: Grew up in a pretty normal life until Arashi started living with their family. He hated Arashi at first, but soon he grew to like and even respect and look up him. Over the years, they became like brothers to each other. See Arashi's History. Crush: None, open. Boyfriend/girlfriend/significant other: None, at the moment. Other: He's bisexual as well. /shot His first language is English and he knows some Japanese from living with Arashi.

((That's fine, Rabbah. I'll try to make sure the plot doesn't progress too much on weekends, then)) Krael's silvery blue eyes fluttered open. He looked around for a moment, allowing his eyes to adjust to the semi-darkness. Krael sat up and instinctively brought a hand to the back of his head. To the spot where he had been struck. His mind whirled with questions. Where am I? Who did this? What's going on? No sooner had he finished thinking that, a male voice began speaking. It was loud and echoey, and sounded strangely.... detached. Krael couldn't help but be reminded of someone speaking through a microphone. No, not a microphone, it's an intercom system. He realized. "Hello." The voice said simply. He spoke calmly, yet Krael was sure he detected a hint of emotion in it. Was that... glee? Krael looked around at the room he was in. There were other people in it with him. He counted eight others, including his sister. Svali, he thought, and was about to call out to her when the voice resumed speaking. "I am The Watcher," he stated. "I suppose you are all wondering why I have brought you here." "Damn right," Krael mumbled to himself. "First, I want to make something perfectly clear. I have selected each of you off the streets not for who you are, but for what you are." He said. There was a lengthy pause as The Watcher allowed his words to sink in. "I want to play a game," The Watcher said, then stopped to laugh as if at some private joke. "The rules are simple. The nine of you are to fight to the death. The last one standing will receive three prizes." He paused for effect. "First is your life. Second is your freedom. Third..." Another pause. "Is five million dollars. Cash. Good luck. Oh, and don't even think about trying to escape. There is no exit. I have made sure of that." Then he laughed. Actually laughed as if this were no big deal and this sort of thing happened all the time. It made Krael feel physically sick. There was a *click* as the intercom shut down, leaving the nine people alone together. ~~~ Fight to the death. No escape. Play a... game? Three prizes. I get to go free if I just... kill these people? Svali's eyes widened in fear. Only hours before, she had been walking with her brother, walking with- Krael. Was he here? Was he okay? Frantically, she searched the room for him, intense green eyes darting back and forth from person to person. Let him be here. No, let him not be here. Let him safe at home... But I can't do this without him. Then, Svali's eyes fell on what was simultaneously the most wonderful and terrible sight. "Krael!" she shouted, and she couldn't tell if she was horrified or relieved. A little of both, she decided. "Krael!" she shouted again, and it was more than just his name that she was yelling. It was an ex pression of her relief that he was okay, fear at what was happening, a plea to him to just make everything okay. Make everything okay so they could just go back home together and pretend like it never even happened, like it was all just a bad dream. A waking nightmare. Svali stood up and half stumbled, half ran over to her brother. She threw her arms around him, just saying his name and holding him to her. He gasped a little. "Careful," he said. "Sorry," Savli said, relaxing her grip a little. "You okay?" she said, looking at him worriedly. "Yeah, head just hurts a little. You?" he said. "I'm fine," Svali answered. "Just... what is this place?"

((Do you like the "ninja the crap out of them" part? 8DD It's an inside joke between my friends and me. :3 I felt the need to put it there for some reason.)) Willow's eyes were cold and harsh. She sat in the corner, not looking at anybody. She was silent. She was listening to other peoples' conversations. She let out a humorless, dark, cold laugh. She'd like to see someone try and kill her. She'd ninja the crap out of them if they even thought about it. Gritting her teeth, she muttered a few choice oaths under her breath, vowing to maim and/or seriously injure the person who set this whole creepfest up. ((I can't write too much. DD8 I need to go!))

[[ I just spent seven hours watching Eurovision 2010 and 2009... My brain is fired... ]] [[ Could Kira tell me what the house they're trapped in looks like? Is there another floor or basement? How many rooms? Bathrooms with showers? =3 ]] Olavi was laying on his back, looking up at the roof. He thought he could see a spider web in one of the far corners to his left. He couldn't see the spider, but it was surely there, looking at him and the other eight people there in the room. Not a day ago, Olavi's brother had finally arrived home from a month in Belarus for his job. Olavi and his brother's current girlfriend threw a party where only Olavi didn't end up drunk. After everyone had passed out, or in one of the many rooms in Olavi's house, the teen had left the house to take a walk. And then- And then- Olavi closed his eyes, not wanting to think of what happened. Not wanting to think of how the white cotton cloth that had reminded Olavi so much of home had pressed against his nose and mouth. How strong arms had kept him from removing the cloth suffocating him, and then how everything started to go blurry. The next thing he knew, he was in this room, listening to the person over the speaker telling him and the other eight what their fate would be. What was his brother thinking? Was he even awake yet? Surely it had been over eight hours. How long would it take someone to find? Surely someone knew about this by now. Olavi sent a quick prayer to all of the gods he had ever known - all of those in the Norse, Finish, Roman, and Greek mythology, as well as any monotheistic god he could remember - before opening his eyes and sitting up. ~ Abril slowly got to her feet. Only one person was going to live? No one could possibly just steal nine people and not caught. There would be people looking for her as soon as the aquarium opened - she never missed a day of work, she would even go when she was sick. Nothing could keep Abril from her beautiful fish! The woman was wearing a sea blue dress that fell to her knees. It was loose on her and it flowed beautifully in the wind. That was exactly why she had chosen it when she found out that she would be going to her boss's wedding. The woman her boss was marrying was also a fish-lover like Abril, and had decided to make the theme sea-like. Abril had been perfectly fine going to the wedding after she had found out that it was being held in the aquarium. She acted like the perfect wedding guest - until she ended up leaving the main party to visit her fishy friends. She had just gotten to the shark tank when... When... Well, she really couldn't remember what had happened to her. Regardless, Abril always tried to look at things with a positive attitude, even if she was probably not going to be the one who lived through this. "I'm going to explore." She declared to the other eight people and turned to saunter to the first hallway she saw. Maybe I'll find some fish somewhere... She thought to herself.

((Rabbah: The setting is an enormous, mansion like house. The Watcher's victims wake up on the main floor, in the living room. There are two floors, not including the basement. There is a dumbwaiter in the kitchen that brings limited amounts of food every day at a set time. It also has a sink with running water, a fully stocked liquor cabinet and a fridge, though it is empty. There are two bathrooms on the second floor, both with running water (showers/ sinks/ toilets). The second floor also has four medium sized bedrooms with two beds each, and a smaller fifth bedroom with one bed. The Watcher's victims must decide themselves who will sleep in which room. Every window is bricked up, as is the only door that leads outside.))

((Hey guys. Sorry for the lack of posts on my part. I told myself it was because I was waiting for Rabbah, but really I'm just lazy :p)) ((And yeah, love it Sugar xD I was about to say something earlier, but apparently I have the attention span of a goldfish because I promptly forgot.)) The room was uncomfortably quiet after The Watcher finished his little speech, and Svali was about to say something when another girl beat her to it. "I'm going to explore," she said. Maybe I should go too, look for a vent or something so we can escape, Svali thought. Then again, I doubt that guy- The Watcher- would go to all this trouble of rounding nine people up only to let them escape. He even said there was no way out. Despite how grim the situation seemed, Svali was determined not to give up hope. Even though there are eight people in this room who have all been bribed with money to kill me. "Hey," she called after the girl. "Do you mind if I come too?" As she spoke, Svali glanced at Krael. For a moment, his ex pression was a bit hurt that she would abandon him so easily, but he quickly disguised it with an impassive look. "I'll be back soon," she assured him. "I'm just going to go scope things out." ~~~ Is Svali insane? Krael thought angrily. This girl could kill her. Trust no one. That would be the best approach to a situation like this, but no, Svali has to go and be all 'Oh, a strange girl in a freaking party dress that could very well be armed, or a black belt in karate or something, I should go with her to look around this dark house.' Idiot. However, he could see by Svali's ex pression that he wouldn't be able to convince her to stay. Reluctantly, he nodded and said, "Be careful." He watched as Svali ran to catch up with the girl that might be- With the girl. And she's just that. A girl, nothing more. Krael tried to convince himself it was true, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something would happen to his sister if he let her out of his sight. Krael sighed and sat down on a couch, absent-mindedly rubbing the back of his head. I guess we're in a living room, then? he thought, glancing around. It was a fairly large room with two couches and a threadbare red carpet in the centre. Off in one corner was a wooden staircase leading, well, upstairs. Krael could see that there was a chandelier hanging from the ceiling. It looked like it would probably throw a lot of light, if only he could find the light switch. Krael stood up and stumbled around in the semi-darkness, looking for anything that would brighten the place up. Eventually, he found a light switch and flicked it up. Instantly, the shadows and overall darkness of the room were replaced by light that was almost blinding in contrast to how dark it was a few seconds ago, soft as it was. Krael squinted while his eyes adjusted, pupils shrinking until they almost looked like they were in danger of being swallowed up by the pools of metallic blue that were his irises. Satisfied, Krael carefully walked back over to the couch and sat down. He sighed again and buried his head in his hands. He replayed the words of The Watcher in his head a few times. Everything seemed pretty straightforward. It was just some sick, twisted, sadistic man who liked power, so he brought a bunch of people into a house to make them fight to the death. Okay, maybe not so simple, Krael thought. But it does make sense... sort of. There was only one thing Krael couldn't understand. The Watcher had said that he had chosen them not for who they were... but for what they were? That didn't make any sense. He's crazy, Krael told himself. He doesn't even know what he's talking about. Anyway, none of the people here are going to give into him. If we don't give him what he wants, he'll have no choice but to let us go eventually, right?
